Sharon 52, Conneaut 0

For the second time in four weeks, Sharon had no problem with Conneaut. Terrian White rushed for four touchdowns to lead the Tigers, scoring on runs of 1, 36, 1, and 9 yards. Ra’Keem Hughes returned an interception 13 yards for a touchdown, and a punt 76 yards, helping Sharon jump to a 38-0 halftime lead. Ameer Kanan booted a 35-yard field goal, and Ga’fir Lampkins added a 37-yard interception return for a touchdown. Sharon will now play North East at Titusville High School on Friday night.

Fort LeBoeuf 29, Corry 12

For the second time this season, Fort LeBoeuf knocked off Corry. The Bison beat the Beavers 31-29 on September 5and ended their season 29-12 Friday night. Skyler Sadowski scored three touchdowns to lead the Bison into the semifinals. Aiden Struchen and Sadowski had first-half rushing touchdowns for the Bison. At the same time, Corry got a 2-yard touchdown run by Conner Sterling to open the scoring, and a touchdown pass from Lucas Baker to Lamech Albers to even the score 12-12 at halftime. Sadowski then returned a blocked punt for a touchdown. Lucas Kantza booted a 24-yard field goal, and Sadowski scored his third rushing touchdown to put the game on ice. The Bison will now play Hickory Friday night at Slippery Rock University.

McDowell 1, Erie 0

Erie High forfeited the game. McDowell will now host State College on Friday night.

Hickory 60, Girard 0

Kelvin Morrison ran for 249 yards and a pair of touchdowns as Hickory rolled past Girard 60-0 Friday night. Christian Dungee also eclipsed the century mark on the ground, with 124 yards on nine carries and two touchdowns. Dungee also completed 7-of-14 passes for 96 yards and three scores. Dungee’s touchdown passes went to Mearlon Peterson, Marzair Gardlock, and Tyler Wilcox. The Hornets also got a 30-yard touchdown pass from Ty Turosky to Haden Bromley and a 1-yard run from Amaree Gillespie. Hickory will now face Fort LeBoeuf Friday night at Slippery Rock University.

North East 35, Grove City 7

North East won their first playoff game since 2009 with a 35-7 victory over Grove City.

Cambridge Springs 42, Cochranton 0

The Blue Devils built a 35-0 halftime lead, and never looked back as Cambridge Springs advances to play Wilmington Saturday night at Grove City High School’s Forker Field. Brandon Hoover rushed for 227 yards on 18 carries, scoring four rushing touchdowns. Brett Kania added 121 yards on 12 carries with a touchdown. Hoover added an interception return for a touchdown.

Farrell 58, Eisenhower 7

Farrell continued its domination with a 58-7 rout of Eisenhower Saturday night, as the Steelers will now play Mercyhurst Prep for the District 10 title next Saturday night at Edinboro University. Juelz Johnson ran for 189 yards on just eight carries, scoring on runs of 57, 5, and 91 yards. Nemo Jones caught touchdown passes of 11 and 17 yards from Aaron Pegues, while Pegues also scored on a 6-yard run. Aaron Pegues was nearly perfect as he completed 16 of 17 passes for 126 yards, while rushing for 75 yards. Farrell also got an 80-yard punt return from Jadon King-Vincent and a 51-yard touchdown pass from Gavin Petitford to Dorean Cain. Eisenhower scored on a 19-yard pass from Joe Gigliotti to Hudson Haight.

Oil City 16, General McLane 14

Oil City got defensive to win its first District 10 title since 2020.

Mercyhurst Prep 21, Seneca 17

T.J. Quinn scored on a 9-yard touchdown run with 1:10 to play, giving Mercyhurst Prep a 21-17 come-from-behind victory over Seneca. The Lakers also beat the Bobcats 16-7 on September 12. The victory secures a District 10 final between the Lakers and Farrell for the second time in three years. Seneca had built a 17-7 lead heading into the fourth quarter, before Vinnie Feliciano scored on a 60-yard run on the final stanza’s opening play. Mercyhurst Prep had taken a 7-0 lead when Eyon Ellman scored on a 6-yard run in the second quarter. Seneca responded with two scores in the final 43 seconds of the half to take a 10-7 lead into the locker room. Quarterback Rylan Harwood scored on a 3-yard run, and Cameron Beebe nailed a 36-yard field goal. Harwood added a 2-yard run in the third quarter for the Bobcats.
