Class A
Wilmington Greyhounds

About the Wilmington Greyhounds
Head Coach: Bradon Phillian

Last District 10 Title – 2024
What to Expect: Wilmington will look to defend its District 10 title. The Greyhounds come into the postseason undefeated against Class A competition. Chase Mitcheltree has rushed for a team-high 1,041 yards and 17 touchdowns despite missing a game due to injury. The Greyhounds have been able to overcome a season-ending injury to Jamie Miller on the first day of training camp. Cam and Cael Kettering have rushed for 498 and 379 yards, respectively. Rowan Miller and Wesley Vas-Gal have combined to pass for 532 yards and eight touchdowns. Freddie Zehetner has caught 12 passes for 352 yards and six touchdowns, while also rushing for 201 yards and a score.
Reynolds Raiders
About the Reynolds Raiders
Head Coach: Josh Mull
Record: 6-4
Last District 10 Title: 2005
What to Expect: Reynolds has limped their way into the playoffs after dropping four consecutive games since their 6-0 start. Gabe Minjarez has rushed for 1,017 yards and 15 touchdowns to lead the Raiders. Parker Nay has 704 yards on the ground, while catching 27 passes for 587 yards and five scores. Xavier Zachrich has passed for 705 yards and six touchdowns, while chipping in with 417 rushing yards and five scores.
Greenville Trojans
About the Greenville Trojans
Head Coach: Michael Menold
Record: 9-1
Last District 10 Title: 1999
What to Expect: Like last season, Greenville has won nine in a row and will attempt to win the school’s first District 10 title since 1999. The trio of quarterback Cael Thurber, tailback Rudy Gentile, and wide receiver Justin Schell leads the Trojans. Gentile has run for a team-high 1,093 yards and 18 touchdowns, while Thurber has passed for 1,432 yards and 22 touchdowns. Fifteen of those have been to Schell, who has recorded 33 receptions for 853 yards. Kaysom Materia has also run for 688 yards and eight touchdowns.
Cambridge Springs Blue Devils
About the Cambridge Springs Blue Devils
Head Coach: Nate Liberty
Record: 7-3
Last District 10 Title: 2023
What to Expect: Cambridge Springs is led by a pair of 1000-yard rushers in Brett Kania, who is also the school’s all-time leading rusher, and quarterback Brandon Hoover. Kania has 1,072 yards, while Hoover has gained 1,038. Kania has scored 14 touchdowns, and Hoover has scored 8. The Blue Devils will attempt to win their second district title in three years.
Cochranton Cardinals

About the Cochranton Cardinals
Head Coach: John Svirbly
Record: 4-4
Last District 10 Title: Never
What to Expect: Cochranton returns to the playoffs after a 4-4 regular season. The brothers of Noah and Walker Carroll lead the Cardinals. Noah, a freshman, has passed for 1,346 yards and 15 touchdowns, while Walker, a West Virginia baseball commit, has caught a team-high 26 passes for 404 yards and seven touchdowns. Brayden Williams has rushed for 437 yards and six touchdowns.
Class AA
Farrell Steelers

About the Farrell Steelers
Head Coach: Anthony Pegues
Record: 8-2
Last District 10 Title: 2024
What to Expect: The Steelers are in the driver’s seat to win their fifth consecutive District 10 title. But Farrell is looking for much more than another District 10 crown. The Steelers are looking to win a state title. They’ve been ranked #2 in the state all season, and for good reason. Farrell has dominated its competition all season, outscoring their opponents 383-84. Juelz Johnson has rushed for 1,286 yards and 19 touchdowns, while quarterback Aaron Pegues has completed 87 of 138 passes for 14 touchdowns and 326 yards rushing with six touchdowns. Farrell also has 11 return touchdowns this season, nine on special teams and two on defense. The Steelers will be without Jadon-King Vincent for the postseason after transferring from Cathedral Prep. King-Vincent had 19 receptions for 231 yards and three touchdowns, while also returning two kickoffs and punts for touchdowns.
Seneca Bobcats

About the Seneca Bobcats
Head Coach: Jack Corey
Record: 6-4
Last District 10 Title: Never
What to Expect: Seneca enters the postseason on a four-game winning streak. The Bobcats will attempt to win the school’s first D10 football title. Seneca is led offensively by quarterback Rylan Harwood, who has thrown for 506 yards and six touchdowns, while adding 815 yards rushing. Zach Moats has chipped in with 512 rushing yards and four scores.
Mercyhurst Prep Lakers

About the Mercyhurst Prep Lakers
Head Coach: Jeff Root
Record: 5-5
Last District 10 Title: 2007
What to Expect: The Lakers enter postseason play having captured the Region 3 title, going 5-0. They’ll hope to make it 2-for-2 against Seneca when taking the Bobcats Saturday night at Veterans Stadium. Mercyhurst Prep beat the Bobcats 16-7 on September 12th. Tailback Vinnie Feliciano leads the Lakers and will look to return to the District 10 final after a 1-year hiatus.
Eisenhower Knights

About the Eisenhower Knights
Head Coach: Jim Penley
Record: 4-6
Last District 10 Title: 1993
What to Expect: Despite having to forfeit two wins due to ineligible players. Eisenhower has had a solid campaign in 2025. However, the Knights will need a monumental effort to knock off Farrell Saturday night in New Wilmington. Eisenhower is seeking their first D10 title since 1993. Caleb Jakubczak has rushed for a team-high 1,003 yards, while passing for 547 yards and accounting for 16 total offensive touchdowns. Logan Penley has rushed for 847 yards and a team-high 15 scores.
Class 3A
Hickory Hornets
About the Hickory Hornets
Head Coach: Bill Dungee
Record: 8-1
Last District 10 Title: 2024
What to Expect: Another team with big expectations is the Hornets. Hickory has been state-ranked all season long and will attempt to win their third straight District 10 title. However, they’ve been beaten up and suffered injuries all season. The Hornets are looking to get healthy as they aim to make another deep playoff run. Unfortunately, Division 1 prospect Jadon Phillips, who broke his ankle against Sharon in the regular season, will not be in the postseason. But Hickory has plenty of other firepower to compete with the best. Junior tailback Kelvin Morrison, who already has several Division 1 offers, leads the offense as he has rushed for 1,176 yards in seven games, scoring 14 touchdowns. Quarterback Christian Dungee has passed for 810 yards and 11 touchdowns, while throwing for 543 yards and four scores. After the Phillips injury, Mar’Zair Gardlock has been the team’s leading receiver with 17 receptions for 263 yards and two touchdowns.
Sharon Tigers

About the Sharon Tigers
Head Coach: Jason McElhaney
Record: 6-3
Last District 10 Title: 2019
What to Expect: Sharon will look to avenge back-to-back District 10 title game losses to Hickory by beginning their postseason against Conneaut. The Tigers beat the Eagles 47-7 on October 10th. Terrian White has rushed for a team-high 1,154 yards and 16 touchdowns. Ethan Engelmore and Gha’fir Lampkins have combined to pass for nearly 1,300 yards and 17 touchdowns. Kare’maz Norris has 23 receptions for 480 yards and six touchdowns.
Conneaut Eagles

About the Conneaut Eagles
Head Coach: Josh Blood
Record: 7-3
Last District 10 Title: 2014
What to Expect: Conneaut has had a successful 2025 campaign with a 7-3 record. However, one of those losses was to Sharon, 47-7, on October 10th. The Eagles are going to have to find a way to pull off an upset if they’re looking to continue their postseason. Chance Meader has rushed for 869 yards and five touchdowns. Aidan Ford has a team-high nine rushing scores and 687 yards. Mason Stone has passed for 770 yards and nine touchdowns.
Corry Beavers

About the Corry Beavers
Head Coach: Jeff Goodwill
Record: 7-2
Last District 10 Title: Never
What to Expect: Corry enters the postseason looking for revenge against Fort LeBoeuf after dropping a hard-fought contest 31-29 against the Bison on September 5th. Lucas Baker and Jack Vanchieri have combined to throw for 1,759 yards and 28 touchdowns. Blake Cook and Keaton Frisina have 505 and 454 yards receiving. The Beavers’ leading rusher is Deion Candy with 244 yards.
Fort LeBoeuf Bison

About the Fort LeBoeuf Bison
Head Coach: Justin Blose
Record: 7-3
Last District 10 Title: 1990
What to Expect: Fort LeBoeuf will aim to win their first District 10 title since 1990. The Bison are taking on a Corry squad in the opening round, which they knocked off 31-29 on September 5th. The Bison are led by Skyler Sadowski, who has rushed for 1,345 yards and 15 touchdowns. Quarterback Dominic Walters has rushed for 679 yards, while passing for 903 yards and 18 total touchdowns.
Girard Yellowjackets

About the Girard Yellowjackets
Head Coach: Mark Brooks
Record: 6-4
Last District 10 Title: Never
What to Expect: Girard returns to the playoffs for the first time since 2019. Though have a first-round matchup against the two-time defending District 10 champions. The Yellowjackets have a lot to be proud of, securing their first winning season since 2014. Aidan Arnold leads the team with 1,230 yards rushing. Mason Kalicky has added 428 rushing yards and five scores. Ryan St. Julien has passed for 922 yards.
North East Grape Pickers

About the North East Grape Pickers
Head Coach: Chris Grychowski
Record: 8-2
Last District 10 Title: Never
What to Expect: North East has seen a remarkable turnaround under Chris Grychoswki. The Grape Pickers have gone from 2-8 to 8-2. A big reason for the turnaround is quarterback Bryson Galloway, who has passed for over 1,300 yards and 20 touchdowns. Galloway also leads the team in rushing with 797 yards and eight touchdowns. Ethen Ringer has added 565 yards and six touchdowns. Carter Crozier has 55 receptions for 607 yards and 13 touchdowns. The Grape Pickers open the playoffs against Grove City at Franklin High School.
Grove City Eagles

About the Grove City Eagles
Head Coach: Sam Mowrey
Record: 5-4
Last District 10 Title: 2022
What to Expect: The Eagles return to the playoffs following a 1-year hiatus. Grove City finished the regular season at 5-4, clinching a playoff spot following a 24-8 victory over Conneaut on October 17th. The Eagles are led by tailbacks Gavin Purdy and Jaxyn Wilson. Wilson has rushed for 500 yards and five touchdowns, despite missing three games due to injury. Purdy, a freshman, has a team-high 653 yards and 13 touchdowns. The Eagles will play North East at Franklin High School on Friday night.
Class 4A
General McLane Lancers

About the General McLane Lancers
Head Coach: Marshall McCormick
Record: 8-1
Last District 10 Title: 2024
What to Expect: The defending District 10 champions are looking to keep that crown. The Region 6 champions went a perfect 4-0 in league play and beat Oil City 28-7 on September 5th. Matt Caro has passed for 2,469 yards and 30 touchdowns to lead the Lancers. Kyle McConnell, Jackson Kiser, and Jared Corwin each have over 500 yards receiving. Caiden Holler has caught 30 passes for 458 yards and eight touchdowns. McConnell leads the team with 681 yards and nine touchdowns, while Corwin has a team-high 43 receptions. Cochen Beachly has rushed for 419 yards and also leads the team with 73 tackles.
Oil City Oilers

About the Oil City Oilers
Head Coach: Dan York
Record: 8-1
Last District 10 Title: 2020
What to Expect: Oil City will look to avenge their only loss of the season at the hands of the Lancers when they battle General McLane Saturday night for the District 10 AAAA title. The Oilers are coming off an 8-1 season and are led by quarterback Cole Findlay and tailback Steven Heise. Findlay has passed for 1,333 yards and 15 touchdowns, while Heise has rushed for a team-high 1,094 yards and 14 touchdowns. Findlay has added 546 yards and seven scores on the ground. Oil City is looking to win its first District 10 title since 2020.
Class 6A
McDowell Trojans

About the McDowell Trojans
Head Coach: Aaron Slocum
Record: 4-7
Last District 10 Title: 2024
What to Expect: McDowell has a forfeit victory over Erie High, which opted out of the District 10 playoffs. So the Trojans improve their season record to 4-7 and will receive a bye before playing State College next week. Brody Bonsell leads McDowell with 1,302 yards rushing with 19 touchdowns. Deonte Flemings, Evan Kuhn, and Lucas Sult have combined to pass for over 1,100 yards and six touchdowns. Kameron Bastow has 32 receptions for 411 yards and three scores.
