Fairview 19, Seneca 7

Caden Oldach ran for 206 yards and a touchdown as Fairview snapped its 4-game losing skid.

Reynolds 22, Cambridge Springs 19

Reynolds built a 22-7 halftime lead, then had to hold off a Blue Devils rally to improve to 6-0 on the season. Parker Nay opened the scoring with a 53-yard run for the Raiders. Brandon Hoover countered for Cambridge Springs with an 85-yard sprint. Nay then caught a 28-yard touchdown pass from Xavier Zachrich, and Gabe Minjarez scored on a 10-yard run. In the fourth quarter, Hoover scored on a 15-yard run and returned an interception 35 yards for the Blue Devils, but the Raiders held on. Hoover ran for 95 yards to lead Cambridge Springs, while Nay and Minjarez ran for 113 and 107 yards, respectively, for Reynolds.

St. Francis 49, Cathedral Prep 22

Trent Buttles threw for 198 yards and ran for 63 more, accounting for three total touchdowns as St. Francis downed Cathedral Prep. Tyrone Clark added 144 yards rushing, and Dominic Cook chipped in with 61 rushing yards. Both Clark and Cook scored two rushing touchdowns. DaZarie Carson ran for 104 yards and two touchdowns for the Ramblers. Davin Friedman threw a touchdown pass to Matthew Oblich for Prep’s other touchdown.

Conneaut 14, Maplewood 12

Conneaut stopped a 2-point conversion in the fourth quarter to hold on for a 14-12 victory over Maplewood. The Tigers had pulled to within 14-12 on Kyle Jordan’s 26-yard touchdown pass to Maddox Lentz, but the conversion was unsuccessful, and Conneaut recovered the onside kick. The Eagles had taken a 7-0 lead on Chance Meader’s 4-yard touchdown in the first quarter. Maplewood pulled to within 7-6 on Jordan’s 29-yard run. Mason Stone threw a 5-yard touchdown pass to Aidan Ford in the third quarter for Conneaut’s other touchdown. Meader rushed for 78 yards, and Stone passed for 76 to lead the Eagles. Jordan ran for a game-high 101 yards and added 61 yards passing for Maplewood.

Corry 40, Mercyhurst Prep 37

Jake Vanchieri’s 10-yard touchdown pass to Keaton Frisina gave Corry a dramatic 40-37 overtime victory over Mercyhurst Prep. The Lakers had taken a 37-34 lead in overtime on a 24-yard field goal. Vinnie Feliciano, who was returning from a suspension, gained 194 yards rushing on his four touchdown runs alone, while adding a kickoff return for a touchdown. Vanchieri threw for 246 yards and four touchdowns to lead the Beavers; he also rushed for 35 yards and a touchdown. Frisina caught five passes for 81 yards and two touchdowns, while Marcus Meredith and Blake Cook also had receiving touchdowns for Corry. Lamech Albers ran for 28 yards and a touchdown for the Beavers’ other score.

Eisenhower 48, Union City 6

Logan Penley rushed for 135 yards and three touchdowns, leading Eisenhower past Union City. Nolan Gesing added 66 yards on seven carries with a pair of rushing touchdowns. In comparison, Wyatt Trojanoswki ran for 55 yards and a score. Penley added a touchdown reception from Joe Gigliotti for the Knights, who are now 5-1 on the season.

Farrell 44, Wilmington 7

Farrell scored 44 consecutive points to down Wilmington Friday night. The ‘Hounds took a 7-0 lead on Rowan Miller’s 34-yard touchdown pass to Freddie Zehetner, but it was all Steelers after that. Timmy Jackson took the ensuing kickoff back 85 yards, and Jadon King-Vincent caught a 21-yard touchdown pass from Aaron Pegues, giving the Steelers a 16-7 lead after the first quarter. Pegues scored on runs of 5 and 1 yards in the third quarter, while Juelz Johnson added a 5-yard run, giving Farrell a 38-7 lead after three quarters. Johnson added a 4-yard run in the fourth quarter, putting the mercy clock into effect. Farrell also made a goal-line stand, stopping Wilmington on four plays from the 1-yard line.

General McLane 42, Fort LeBoeuf 20

Matt Caro threw 314 yards and four touchdowns to lead General McLane past Fort LeBoeuf. Kyle McConnell had seven receptions for 122 yards and touchdowns, while Caiden Holler added four receptions for 96 yards, including an 80-yard touchdown reception, and scored on a 1-yard run. Jackson Kiser caught four passes for 60 yards and a touchdown. Cohen Beachly ran for 54 yards and a touchdown for the Lancers. Skyler Sadowski ran touchdowns of 1 and 55 yards for Fort LeBoeuf, while Dominic Walters threw a 68-yard touchdown pass to Michael Vammaro for the Bison.

Girard 42, Warren 21

Girard ran two kickoffs back for touchdowns and scored 35 second-quarter points to down Warren. Aiden Eger scored on a 44-yard run to give the Dragons a 7-0 lead. Levi Potter then returned the kickoff 83 yards for a touchdown. Aidan Arnold then scored on runs of 42 and 59 yards, while Ryan St. Julian added a 54-yard run, and Mason Kalicky added a 1-yard run. Arnold then returned the third-quarter kickoff 74 yards for a touchdown, invoking the mercy clock. Eger closed the scoring for Warren with a pair of 6-yard touchdown runs. Arnold ran for 179 yards on 12 carries to lead the Yellowjackets. Eger rushed for a career high 183 yards on 26 carries for the Dragons.

Greenville 25, Northwestern 19

Greenville rallied from a 13-12 fourth-quarter deficit to offset a spirited performance from Northwestern. Kaysom Materia’s touchdown run early in the fourth quarter gave the Trojans the lead for good at 18-13, and then he ran 35 yards, putting Greenville ahead 25-13. Justin Schell added a touchdown run and catch for Greenville. Brody Bickenheuser and Keegan Miller each had rushing touchdowns for Northwestern, while Braden Swift passed for 113 yards and a touchdown.

Oil City 28, Grove City 10

Cole Findlay rushed for four touchdowns and 164 yards as Oil City downed Grove City in a matchup of 4-1 teams. Findlay scored on a pair of 1-yard touchdown runs in the first half, before adding a 4-yard and a 3-yard run in the second half after Grove City had pulled to within 14-10 when Peyton Miller ran the second half kickoff back 75 yards, and Jonah Stucchio booted a 22-yard field goal. Findlay also completed 7-of-15 passes for 111 yards. The Eagles were limited to 107 yards of offense. Stucchio had 35 yards rushing.

Harbor Creek 20, Slippery Rock 14

Brady Powers had a rushing and receiving touchdown for Harbor Creek as the Huskies held off Slippery Rock. Powers scored on a 31-yard touchdown pass from Gavin Zillman and ran for 53 yards and a touchdown. Zillman completed 3-of-5 passes for 47 yards and rushed for 65 yards on 13 carries.

Canfield 21, Hickory 10

Canfield scored three consecutive second-half touchdowns to hand shorthanded Hickory their first loss of the season.

Sharpsville 21, Lakeview 20

Caleb Koncar’s 10-yard touchdown pass to Lincoln Breit, coupled with Finn Leary’s extra point, gave Sharpsville its first win in dramatic overtime fashion. Remington Marsh scored on a 3-yard run for Lakeview, but the Sailors failed on the 2-point conversion. Owen Reyolds scored on a 1-yard run and tossed a 26-yard touchdown to Julian Zacherl for Lakeview’s other touchdowns. Breit hit Landon Hassel for a 28-yard touchdown, and Tre’mar Ham-McCullough added a 1-yard run for the Blue Devils.

Warren G. Harding 28, McDowell 9

Joseph Clark’s 38-yard field goal gave McDowell a 3-0 lead at halftime, but Warren scored four second-half touchdowns to down the Trojans. Amiere Cobb caught a 24-yard touchdown pass from Tyler Smith, followed by an 80-yard touchdown run from Makhai Brogdon. Kameron Bastow returned the ensuing kickoff 74 yards for McDowell’s lone touchdown. Still, Warren Harding answered in the fourth quarter with Cobb scoring on a 58-yard run, and Matt Richardson returning a punt 34 yards for a touchdown. Brody Bonsell ran for 52 yards to lead McDowell. Brogdon and Cobb had 103 and 101 yards rushing, respectively, for Warren G. Harding.

Sharon 49, Meadville 10

Bishop Root and Terrian White ran for 105 and 153 yards, respectively, as Sharon rolled past Meadville 49-10 Friday night. Root, who ran only five times, scored three rushing touchdowns, while White also found the end zone. Ethan Engelmore completed 7-of-9 passes for 151 yards and two touchdowns to Kare’mez Norris and Logan Perks. Jordan Lawrence ran for 116 yards for Meadville, and the Bulldogs scored their touchdown on a 9-yard pass from Jacoby Thompson to Zach Carr.

Saegertown 30, Mercer 21

William Shaffer completed 6-of-11 passes for 162 yards and two touchdowns, while rushing 105 yards and scoring, leading Saegertown past Mercer. Matthew Shartle also ran a touchdown for the Panthers. Saegertown trailed 21-14 at halftime, but outscored the Mustangs 16-0 in the second half.

North East 35, Titusville 7

Bryson Galloway scored touchdown runs of 52, 36, 25, and 51 yards, leading North East past Titusville. The Pickers held a 14-7 lead entering the fourth quarter, before Galloway scored his 25 and 51-yard touchdown runs, and Carter Crozier then added a 42-yard interception return. Jaydin O’Neil scored on a 49-yard touchdown run for the Rockets.

Erie 48, Franklin 7

Shaide Smith had three rushing touchdowns for Erie High as the Royals rolled to their first victory of 2025. Smith scored on touchdown runs of 4,16, and 8 yards, while Rashid Anderson scored runs of 2 and 37 yards. Davrri Mims also added a 37-yard touchdown run. Franklin scored on a 3-yard run by Caden Mincer in the fourth quarter.

Iroquois 17, Geneseo 13

The Braves scored 17 second-half points and rallied from a 7-0 halftime deficit to defeat Geneseo/Mount Morris (NY) 17-13. Cole Bennett threw touchdown passes to Chase Coclin and Mohammed Al-Hacimi. Geneseo scored on a touchdown run by Aiden Bark and a 45-yard pass from Kaden Torres to Avery Hepler.
