Lakeview 46, Cochranton 41
Lakeview built a 46-27 lead after three quarters, then had to hold off a Cochranton rally for its first victory of the season. It was the Cardinals that jumped out to an early lead when Walker Carroll returned the opening kickoff 70 yards for a touchdown, followed by Brayden Williams’ 8-yard run, and Parker Schmitt’s 1-yard run, capping a 21-point first quarter for the Cardinals. Lakeview got a 77-yard touchdown pass from Owen Reynolds to Julian Zacherl in the opening stanza for the Sailors. Reynolds and Zacherl then connected on touchdown passes for 78 and 37 yards in the second quarter. Reynolds added a 7-yard touchdown pass to Remington Marsh. Williams scored his second touchdown of the night on a 2-yard run for Cochranton. Lakeview led 30-27 at halftime. Gavin Schell added a pair of 5-yard rushing touchdowns in the third quarter, helping Lakeview move in front 46-27. Cochranton pulled to within five points when Noah Caroll connected with Justice Walker on 55 and 14-yard touchdown passes. The Sailors recovered the onside kick to preserve the win. Owen Reynolds passed for 255 yards and four touchdowns, while Zacherl caught six passes for 231 yards and three scores.
Hickory 21, Grove City 14
Kelvin Morrison accounted for three touchdowns as Hickory earned a hard-fought 21-14 victory over Grove City Thursday night.

Cambridge Springs 25, Maplewood 12
Cambridge Springs overcame a slow start, rallying from a 12-10 halftime deficit to knock off Maplewood and improve to 5-3 on the season. Brandon Hoover rushed for 235 yards and three touchdowns to lead the Blue Devils.
Benedictine 53, Cathedral Prep 23
Benedictine scored 34 second-half points to cruise past Cathedral Prep. Kayden Forte ran for 156 yards and three touchdowns on 20 carries to lead the Bengals. Giovanni Iacampo threw for 168 yards and two touchdowns, one of them to Antowine Smith, who caught three passes for 144 yards. DaZaire Carson rushed for 189 yards on 33 carries, scoring all three of the Ramblers’ touchdowns.
Sharon 47, Conneaut 7
Terrian White rushed for 144 yards on eight carries, scoring three touchdowns to lead the Tigers. Bishop Root added a 9-yard touchdown run, while also returning a fumble 38 yards for a touchdown. Ethan Engelmore threw a 2-yard touchdown pass to Brock Ondo and a 55-yarder to Ra’Keem Hughes in the second quarter. White opened the scoring with a touchdown run in the first quarter and later added touchdown runs of 29 and 32 yards. Engelmore completed 12 of 15 passes for 173 yards, while Root caught four passes for 112 yards. Mason Stone scored on a 1-yard run for Conneaut and led the Eagles, going 19 for 26 passing for 132 yards.
Corry 28, Fairview 3
Lucas Baker completed 8-of-10 passes for 134 yards and two touchdowns to lead Corry past Fairview. The Beavers also got a 4-yard touchdown pass from Jack Vanchieri to Connor Sterling. Blake Cook and Marcus Meredith caught the touchdowns from Baker. Vanchieri also caught two balls for 76 yards. Sterling also rushed for 12 yards and a touchdown for Corry. Fairview scored on a 32-yard field goal from Daniel Lindenberger. Caden Oldach and Joey O’Reilly rushed for 71 and 73 yards, respectively, for the Tigers.
Eisenhower 42, Franklin 13
Caleb Jakubczak rushed for 162 yards and two touchdowns on 11 carries while completing 4-of-10 passes for 56 yards and a 25-yard touchdown pass to Gavin Lindemuth, while also returning an interception for a touchdown to lead Eisenhower past Franklin. Jakubczak scored on touchdown runs of 67 and 31 yards and returned an interception 63 yards for a score. The Knights also got a 3-yard touchdown run from Logan Penley in the second quarter. Eisenhower led 28-7 at halftime. Penley added a 15-yard touchdown run in the fourth quarter. Franklin opened the scoring on a 46-yard touchdown run from Caden Mincer, who added a 5-yard run to close the scoring in the fourth quarter. Mincer rushed for 130 yards on 19 carries, while Penley added 96 for Eisenhower.
St. Francis 46, Erie 6
Trent Buttles completed 7-of-10 passes for 93 yards and three touchdowns to lead St. Francis past Erie High. Mason Anderson was on the receiving end of all three of Buttles’ touchdown passes as he caught five balls for 79 yards. All three of Anderson’s touchdowns came in the first half. Nick William, Tyrone Clark Jr., and Dominic Cook Jr. added rushing touchdowns for the Red Raiders. Cook ran for a game-high 93 yards.
Farrell 52, Sharpsville 7
Juelz Johnson rushed for 189 yards and six touchdowns as Farrell knocked off Sharpsville 52-7. Johnson scored on runs of 1, 67, 10, 7, 28, and 14 yards. Aaron Pegues threw a 40-yard touchdown pass to Jadon King-Vincent for the Steelers’ other touchdown. Geno Currie rushed for 87 yards on 19 carries and scored the Blue Devils’ touchdown on a 7-yard run.
Fort LeBoeuf 35, Harbor Creek 29
Skyler Sadowski and Dominic Walters each ran a pair of touchdowns to lead Fort LeBoeuf past Harbor Creek. Sadowski rushed for a game-high 184 yards on 18 carries, while Walters added 109 yards on 12 attempts. Walters also completed 3-of-4 passes for 12 yards, including a 6-yard touchdown pass to Xavier Blose. Gavin Zillman led the Huskies with 120 yards on 19 carries, scoring two touchdowns. Conner Fortin also ran for a pair of scores, but was limited to negative five yards rushing on only three carries.
General McLane 49, Meadville 20
General McLane continued to roll, winning their seventh straight game and opening up a 35-6 halftime lead. Matt Caro again led the way as he passed for 317 yards and three touchdowns while also adding a rushing touchdown. Caiden Holler caught three passes for 65 yards and two touchdowns, while adding a 1-yard touchdown run. Jared Corwin added 91 yards receiving on six catches with a touchdown, and also added a 1-yard rushing touchdown. Kyle McConnell added three receptions for 105 yards. Cohen Beachly also ran a touchdown for the Lancers. Tymir Phillips scored all three of Meadville’s touchdowns on runs of 2, 2, and 24 yards.
Greenville 43, Saegertown 6
Rudy Gentile rushed for 168 yards and three touchdowns for Greenville as the Trojans won their seventh straight game. Kaysom Materia added 52 yards rushing and a touchdown, while Cael Thurber completed 6-of-8 passes for 118 yards and two touchdowns to Justin Schell and Zach Copeland. Matthew Shartle ran for 55 yards and a touchdown for Saegertown.
Mercyhurst Prep 55, Iroquois 8
Vinnie Feliciano rushed for 297 yards and eight touchdowns for Mercyhurst Prep, and the Lakers rolled past Iroquois 55-8 Friday night. Feliciano ran the ball only 15 times, as more than half of his touches resulted in touchdown runs. Mercyhurst Prep won a share of the Region 3 title. The Lakers led 34-0 at halftime thanks to five touchdown runs by Feliciano. Mohammed Al-Hchaimi scored the Braves’ touchdown and ran for 60 yards. Chase Cocolin passed for 133 yards for Iroquois.
Austintown-Fitch 21, McDowell 12
Austintown-Fitch scored 21 consecutive points to down McDowell 21-12 Friday night at Greenwood Chevorlet Austintown Falcon Stadium.

Wilmington 48, Mercer 0
Chase Mitcheltree scored three touchdowns, including running the opening kickoff back 89 yards, to help Wilmington roll past Mercer. Mitcheltree rushed for 144 yards on 12 carries, scoring on runs of 1 and 59 yards. The twins of Cael and Cam Kettering added touchdown runs of 12 and 32 yards, respectively. Freddie Zehetner added a 20-yard touchdown reception from Rowan Miller, while John Pataki closed the scoring with a 14-yard run. Rider Chiappini rushed for 58 yards to lead the Mustangs.
Seneca 28, Northwestern 20
Seneca improved their record to 4-4 on the season following a hard-fought 28-20 victory over Northwestern. The Bobcats’ stats will be posted when they become available. Braden Swift passed for 160 yards and completed 16 of 26 passes for Northwestern. Swift threw a pair of touchdowns to Reese Gonzales, who caught seven passes for 107 yards, while Connor Kranz added three receptions for 18 yards and a touchdown. Brody Bickenheuser rushed for 115 yards for the Wildcats.
Oil City 61, Warren 7
Cole Findlay completed 8-of-10 passes for 269 yards and four touchdowns to lead Oil City past Warren. Findlay threw first-quarter touchdown passes for 56 and 44 yards to My’Saun Mills, while connecting with Caleb Sparks and Landon Baker for 36 and 78-yard scoring passes in the second quarter. Steven Heise added touchdown runs of 52 and 17 yards for the Oilers. Heise and Brayden Buzard returned interceptions for touchdowns. Heise ran for 173 yards on 14 carries. Mills caught three passes for 112 yards, while Baker added three catches for 98 yards. Warren scored on an 82-yard kickoff return by Tommaso Clemente in the second quarter.
Lucas 22, Reynolds 15
Brady Guegold’s 34-yard touchdown run in the fourth quarter lifted Lucas past Reynolds 22-15 Friday night. The Cubs trailed 15-14 before the touchdown and the subsequent two-point conversion. Parker Nay scored on a 62-yard run on the first play of the game for Reynolds, before Guegold added a 2-yard run. The game was tied 7-7 at halftime. Guegold’s 4-yard run gave Lucas a 14-7 lead in the third quarter, before the Raiders took a 15-14 lead on Xavier Zachrich’s 67-yard run and conversion. Guedold rushed for 223 yards for the Cubs. Zachrich rushed for 122 yards, while Nay added 97 for the Raiders.
Slippery Rock 37, Titusville 14
Slippery Rock stopped their 2-game skid with a 37-14 victory over Titusville Friday night. The Rockets got 123 yards rushing and three touchdowns from Doug Popovec. Slippery Rock improves to 3-5 on the season.

North East 46, Girard 3
North East scored three touchdowns in less than two minutes in the third quarter to down Girard 46-3.
