Let’s get to know Ian!
Why do you play football?
I play because it’s where I feel the happiest it’s one of the things where I can push my self to be the best I can be
Who is your favorite sports star and WHY?
It’s luke kuechly he is the main reason I love defense the way he can read the play before it even happens in amazing in my eyes
Do you have a favorite play you remember the most? Explain:
My favorite play is on defense when me and my brother switched positions he was a nose guard and I was a MLB it was a lot of fun
What was last years season like for you?
I had a great season. I told her 115 tackles I was able to show how I was one of the best middle linebackers in our district and a player to watch out for
What are your goals for this coming season?
I want to make dpoty and to make it to playoffs
Who is the best player you ever lined up against?
Michael Scott was probably the hardest person I’ve ever went against as he was so fast and so shifty that our defense struggled against him
What game, yours, college or pro, was your favorite game you watched and why?
When the eagles beat the Chiefs in the Super Bowl I was so surprised that the score was so far apart with the two best teams in the NFL
Describe what the perfect teammate is
I think the perfect teammate is a person who has great communication and someone who after a bad play will pick you up and not put you down
Tell everyone why you think football is good for a community
I think football brings everyone together as it’s a sport where you can see people struggle, but come together in the process throughout the losses and wins
Name one thing that you’d love to do in football that may never happen?
I want to be able to kick a field goal. I feel like that would be a really cool experience.
Who is your mentor, the person you want to be like? WHY?
That I’d want to be like my dad he’s the man that I strive to be every day
What is your favorite practice drill? What is your least favorite practice drill?
my favorite was Oklahoma drill my least favorite is probably where we hit the donuts. I don’t like hitting just donuts I like going against real people
Preseason Two a Days are:
Really fun in my opinion I think our team connects really well over that time and that’s where we can push ourselves as hard as we possibly can before the season kicks off
Is there anyone in your family, besides your parents, you could consider your biggest fan? Who, Why?
be my grandma and grandpa they show up to every game or watch every game and they’re always willing to cheer me on even through my rough patches
When you aren’t playing, practicing or training for sports, what is your go to activity and why?
I love to go fishing because it’s very relaxing and I just like to be outside or i like to go hiking
What is your favorite play to run?
I like to run blitzes because I like to just blow through the gap
is a hot dog a sandwich? If not, then why?
I think a hotdog will never be a sandwich because hotdog buns are attached at the end not like a sandwich where it’s two pieces of bread

My teammate gave me padded gloves which I’ve cherished ever since the game where mine tore off and he was willing to give his

Pepperoni
What is your favorite vacation destination?
I like to go out west towards Montana or Utah. I like to go hiking and there’s a lot of fishing out there.
Do you remember what the first football game you saw was?
I saw the Giants go against the Steelers in a preseason game, which was really cool because they only do it so often
