| September 10, 2021

Last week had plenty of headlines, Valley View did something that no team in District 2 had done to Delaware Valley in a long time, and that’s blows them out. The Cougars won 35-14 and scored 28 points in the first half, the last team to beat Delaware Valley that bad was Valley West in 2015 by a score of 30-6. While top-ranked Valley View made their headline second-ranked Scranton Prep made their own, Scranton Prep Running back London Montgomery ran for 373 yards and 6 touchdowns against Scranton and came just 17 yards away from the all-time rushing record in one game.
