Bethel Park dominates against South Fayette

Bethel Park started with the ball on South Fayette on their thirty-yard line. Bethel Park stormed down the field to take about five minutes off the clock. Ryan Petras scored the first touchdown for Bethel Park. It was a 40-yard rushing touchdown for Petras.

 

 

Bethel Park successfully kicked and recovered their onside kick. Ryan Petras scored another touchdown for Bethel Park, this time for 22 yards. 

 

South Fayette finally received the ball but did not score.

 

Bethel Park set themselves up in the second quarter, for a scoring drive.

 

The score was 14-0 Bethel Park at the end of the first quarter.

 

Quarterback Tanner Pfieuffer scored the third touchdown of the game, taking 2 minutes off the clock to make the score 21-0 Bethel Park. 

 

 

Bethel Park received the Ball and took over 5 minutes off the clock with a scoring drive. Ryan Petras scored his third and Bethel Park’s fourth touchdown. This touchdown was for 52 yards and extended Bethel Park’s lead to 28-0. 

 

South Fayette received the ball but did not score on this drive. However, they did take time off the clock.

 

Bethel Park received the ball and scored again. This touchdown came from Brayden Bruckner making the score 35-0. Eleven seconds remained in the second quarter. Bethel Park did not punt the ball at all during the first half.

 

 

The first-half score was 35-0 Bethel Park over South Fayette.

 

South Fayette received the ball first but did not score on this drive.

 

The possession went back to Bethel Park, but South Fayette’s Sylas Aiken intercepted with four minutes remaining. 

 

South Fayette scored their first touchdown of the game, from this interception. This touchdown came from Tyler Sidhom and was for 62 yards. 

 

 

Bethel Park received the ball again but did not score on this drive.

 

Going into the fourth quarter South Fayette scored again.

 

South Fayette added seven more points on the board with their next possession. Drew Welhorsky scored South Fayette’s second touchdown with ten minutes remaining.

 

Bethel Park’s dominating first half contributed to their win against South Fayette.
