Cardinal O’Hara moves on with dominant win over North Pocono

Cardinal O’Hara takes down North Pocono 28-6 in the Class 4A Quarterfinal. The Lions were all over North Pocono tonight hardly letting the Trojans get anything going offensively, only allowing a single touchdown tonight. That touchdown followed up with a blocked PAT shortly after which carried the momentum back to Cardinal O’Hara. Quarterback John Welde would get the first score and would add another touchdown himself later on in the game tonight, Amahj Gowans would tally one on a 16 yard rush, and Simon Horta would add to the score at the end of the first half. Cardinal O’Hara will soon take on Southern Lehigh next week in the Class 4a Semifinals.
