Early signing day has come about in Pennsylvania, and 4 of the latest in a long line of excellent students under the tutelage of the one they call Jeff Weachter have put pen to paper.
The first of which being East Carolina Pirate commit Nick Slogik. Originally committed to Pittsburgh to play baseball, will be heading to Greenville to do both the sport he’s played since he was little and the sport he found just last year.
The second of the four Crusaders that put pen to paper, was DB Chase Regan. Fresh off a 44 tckl, 3 int and 14 TD catch 1000 yard Senior season, the two-way standout will be headed to Harrisonburg to play football for coach Bob Chesney at JMU.
Third on the list, is the man who will be catching Passes in the SEC, Rico Scott. It’s not every day we see a Midd Penn guy make waves in the power 5, but this guy is primed to do just that. A Senior year, that saw him pull in 86 balls for 1,353yards and 23 scores. It’s official though he’s headed to Tuscaloosa, to catch passes in Tommy Rees’s offense.
Last but certainly not least is Jaire Rawlison . “The thief” as he’s known put pen to paper and made it official he’ll be a Kent State Golden Flash next fall.
