Number 2 seed Richland will take on Number 1 Seed Bald Eagle Area at Mansion Park in Altoona Saturday Night for the 2A District 6 Championship. Bald Eagle come into the game with an 11-1 record, lone loss coming to the hands of D9 3A Champ Clearfield 13-7. Richland also comes into the game with just 1 loss with a record of 11-1. Their only loss coming at the hands of Central(D6 3A Champ) in the LHAC Title game 43-15. This game should be an instant classic. BEA is averaging 38 points per game and only giving up roughly 12 ppg. Richland is averaging 35 ppg and only giving up 14 ppg. Winner of this game takes on the District 4 Champion, Troy (12-0) or Southern Columbia Area(11-1). The Bald Eagles are looking for their 4th D6 Title, The Rams are searching for their 6th.
