Early signing day means a lot of decisions will be made by student-athletes on where they’ll continue their academic and athletic careers.

Listed below are the athletes across District 3 who put pen to paper today, and where they’ll spend their next 3-4 years.

QB Stone Saunders Bishop McDevitt The latest in a long line of phenoms to come out of the football powerhouse Bishop McDevitt. Saunders shattered the state passing TD record earlier this year, and he sits at 202 TDs and counting. He’ll head south to Lexington as a Kentucky Wildcat.

CB Donovan Rodriguez Manheim Township – Cornerback Donovan Rodriguez has made it official he’ll head to western New York, signing with coach Pete Lembo at the University of Buffalo.

DB Kymir Williams Harrisburg – Williams saw his senior campaign (46 tackles, 2 INTs, 11 games) come to an end last weekend in a state-semifinal loss to PCC. Though committed since 8/30, Williams made it official today; he’ll head to Loretto as a St. Francis Red Flash.

DB Saxton Suchanic Central York – Suchanic’s Panthers saw their season end in the first round of the state tournament with a 28-20 loss to Wilson. But he’ll head to Storrs to help Jim Mora with his rebuild of the UConn Huskies.

WR Lex Cyrus South Susquehanna Township – One of the Mid-Penn’s very best, Susquehanna Township home-run hitter Lex Cyrus made it official this morning; he’s headed to the Southeastern Conference as a South Carolina Gamecock.

OT Sean Tanner Red Lion – Standing 6’7” 309 lbs, The Elon Phoenix got a good one in the YAIAA tackle.

RB Jared Porter CD East – The all-state RB made it official he’ll be a Fightin’ Blue Hen next fall.

TE Jack Mahoney – It was an injury-shortened senior season for the big tight end, but he’ll head to Towson next fall.

WR Tanie Young CD East – An outstanding senior season saw him go over 1K yards and his team’s first winning season in 3 years. The Long Island University Sharks didn’t miss when they brought in this speedster.

WR/RB Michael Scott Dallastown – Almost 1,500 all-purpose yards and 12 TDs just begins to paint the picture of the YAIAA Swiss Army knife. The Dallastown 3-star will play his college ball for Bob Chesney at James Madison.

K Matthew Parker Central York – 48/48 and 12-14 on field goals this year with a long of 57. “The best in PA stay in PA” is a moniker you’ll hear from the Nittany Lions quite a bit. And the 6’2” 204 lb kicker is one of the best in PA.

TE/DE Malachi Ramnath Central York – (42 tackles, 6 sacks, and 18 QB hurries) Needless to say, when offenses come up against this Monmouth commit, they’re in for a long day.

OL/DL Logan Wegman Exeter Twp – A man with over 15 FBS/FCS level offers to his name, the Exeter Eagle decided on the Naval Academy though. He’s headed to Annapolis.

OL Keyshawn “Bruiser” Efese Reading – The “Bruiser” is headed for the Jersey shore, as a Monmouth Hawk.
