Lehigh Valley Prospects Highlight Reel

2026 marked the first ever Lehigh Valley Prospects showcase event, which had coaches from FCS, D2, and D3 PA colleges and universities , including: Lehigh, Lafayette, Bucknell, Colgate, Kutztown, East Stroudsburg, West Chester, Shippensburg, Bloomsburg, Muhlenberg, Moravian, Widener, Albright, Alvernia, Lycoming, Ursinus, Kings and Wilkes. The event was hosted by Head Coach Phil Sams and took place at Southern Lehigh Football Field, home of the 2025 PIAA Class 4A Champions Spartans.
Juniors from Lehigh Valley high schools participated in drills, such as field goal kicking, punting, footwork, throwing, blocking, and receiving. In addition to the many colleges that showed up to scout these young men, many high school coaches came to watch their players, including Coach Stambaugh of Notre Dame Green Pond, Coach Toman of Northampton, and Coach Moncman of Parkland.
There were many familiar faces at the event, including WR Drew Boyd of Notre Dame Green Pond, who was a key cog in an explosive offense that went undefeated in the regular season. Other names included soon-to-be starting QB for Northampton, Zion McKinney, and Parkland stars, QB Finn Coen, and WR, Blake Nassry were among the over 80 players representing a dozen schools.
As these prospects focus on their upcoming senior season at their respective high schools, they will also get a head start on what colleges they may commit to for their future football careers.
