Trey Gibson commits to Fordham
Trey Gibson, a standout wide receiver and defensive back for the Malvern Prep Friars has committed to play football for the Fordham Rams. Gibson, who stands at 6’2 189 pounds has won the Inter-Academic League championship twice, and is a main contributor on the defensive side of the ball. He is a hard hitter and very talented in coverage, these skills should be very beneficial for Fordham for many years to come.
In his recruitment process Gibson chose Fordham over many other prestigious offers. These other scholarships consisted of Army, Monmouth, Brown, Maine, and Columbia. In his upcoming senior campaign Trey and his talented Friars squad will strive to win their third Inter-Academic title in a row.
