Malvern Prep’s Jackson Ford Commits To Penn State

Malvern Prep’s 4 star edge rusher Jackson Ford commits to Penn State. Ford verbally announced commitment to Penn State back in June and had since recieved offers from 20 other FBS schools, including having visits with Ohio State, Michigan, Stanford, Kentucky, and Stanford, before finally confirming his commitment to Penn State. Listed at 6 foot 4 and 240 pounds, Ford finished his senior season with 31 tackles, 3 sacks, 1 forced fumble, and 6 tackles for loss. Ford helped lead Malvern Prep to an 8-2 record this season, as well as a 33-7 overall record in the four seasons he attended Malvern Prep. Jackson Ford is listed as the 25th best edge rusher in the 2026 class, and is the second player to announce signing with Penn State on Signing Day.
