Year one is in the books and let me tell you, I had a blast! I got to experience some really good games, meet some amazing student athletes, and be a part of some great school community atmosphere’s. One of my favorite things to do after the season is to go over the hours of footage I took and figure out which ones stood out the most.  After hours of film study I was able to compile  my Top 10 plays from the Suburban One League (SOL) regular season on offense.  Make sure to scroll down to the bottom for the video.

2021 Suburban One League-Regular Season

HM: No. 28 junior running back Nate Mossbrook of Pennridge goes 56 yards to the house!

10: No. 3 sophomore QB Ganz Cooper of CB West hits No. 8 junior running back Vinny Cherubini for a 36-yard touchdown!

9: No. 18 junior QB Ryan Zelt of North Penn finds No. 12 senior wide receiver Levi Carroll for a 75-yard touchdown!

8: No. 28 senior running back Cam Jackson of Upper Moreland bounces off would be tacklers and takes the ball 49-yards for the score!

7: No. 9 junior QB Colin O’Sullivan of Upper Dublin hits No. 4 sophomore running back Chris Kohlbrenner for a 3-yard touchdown!

6: No. 1 senior QB Byron Hopkins of Upper Moreland hits No. 28 senior running back Cam Jackson between two defenders for a monster 64-yard touchdown!

5: No. 3 senior QB Ben Cooney of Springfield (Mont Co.) drops a dime to No. 2 senior wide receiver John Adams for a one-handed touchdown! Oh my!

4: No. 22 junior running back of Pennridge takes the handoff to the house for a 56-yard score!

3: No. 1 junior QB Xavier Dantzler rolls left and finds No. 14 senior wide receiver Adam Mossbrook for a 36-yard pickup!!! Woah, that was a great catch! My film didn’t do it any justice.

2: No. 3 senior QB Ben Cooney of Springfield (Mont Co.)  drops back and hits No. 2 senior wide receiver John Adams and he makes multiple opponents miss on his way to the endzone!!! MAN!!

1: No. 1 senior QB Byron Hopkins of Upper Moreland finds No. 28 senior running back Cam Jackson in the backfield on a swing pass which goes for 65 yards!!!!!
