The Sheyenne Mustangs jumped out to a quick lead in this game, on the heels of a 24 yard run by Kyl Schlichting. But by halftime, Century Patriots’ player Tristan Pope tied the game on a short 3 yard run of his own.
With the scored tied 7-7 late in the third quarter, Noah Herr added another Century touchdown to the board from one yard out to go up 14-7. Zavion Harildstad sealed the victory with a pick six with just 52 seconds left to advance the Century Patriots on to the State Semifinal round with a 21-7 victory.
