North Penn girls reach 11-0, OLSH gets 2 wins, Pennridge upsets CBE: Weekly wrap up with pictures

A few surprises this week in our weekly girls flag wrap up of the state. North Hills defeating Pine Richland 67-27 isn’t one of them. NH is playing good football. As always, please send your game info/photos to billy@pafootballnews.com.

North Penn Slidin’ into the weekend at 11-0 following their big win over the Quakertown Panthers.


North Allegheny High School next game is Monday 4/13 . They have been on spring break this week.  Tigers are currently 5-0. Pics from game vs Kiski Area,  NA 38-KA 19.

On Wednesday Obama Academy and Carrick played to determine the leader of the District 8 City League. It was a close, competitive game that ended with Obama winning 13-7.

OLSH held a shutout on D until the last second of the game when West A threw a hail mary and the girl scored. But they really have shown so much improvement and growth this week to go 2-0 on the week.
