With five offensive touchdowns, one receiving and four passing, the Peters Township Indians cruised their way to a strong offensive victory over the McKeesport Tigers.
In the first half of the game, both Peters Township and McKeesport were both having defensive battles, keeping each other out of the endzone until late in the first quarter with a Peters Township rushing touchdown.
The first half with a score of 14-0 with Peters Township leading, the game seemed like it was going to be a defensive battle, but that wasn’t the case after halftime.
The second half started off slow, with both teams completing three and out drives. Then the Indians recovered a fumble and three plays later ended up in the endzone with their first receiving touchdown.
