The Heritage Conference once again proving to be the league in D6 Single A. The conference is strong & balance with the Dragons finishing fourth & Highlanders fifth. Both teams have a handful of talented big play skilled players. That being said line play should decide the outcome of this game. I have seen both teams look good in wins and both teams look bad in losses. Both teams have great head coaches. The Highlanders play all their home games are turf which will be a slight advantage. Both teams have an awesome fan base. The Dragons are a more experienced team. The Highlanders have a huge junior core. Weather could be a factor. The Dragons need to be able to pass the ball. However the Highlanders who in many games don’t have to pass, looked good doing it last week at Northern Cambria. The Highlanders have a deeper roster than the injury plagued Dragons. Turnovers could very well decide this game. My head says Highlanders, my heart says Dragons. I picked the Dragons at the beginning of the year and these kids have overcome a ton of obstacles. So let’s go Dragons by 1!
