Pitt Adds Another WPIAL Talent in 3-Star DB Da’Ron Barksdale
The Pitt Panthers have landed yet another WPIAL standout, securing a commitment from 3-star defensive back Da’Ron Barksdale. The Steel Valley product stands at 5-foot-11 and 175 pounds and is known for his excellent ball skills and physical style of play. His aggressive coverage, ability to track the ball in the air, and willingness to get physical in run support make him a solid addition to the Panthers’ secondary.
Barksdale becomes the fourth WPIAL recruit to commit to Pitt in the past month, continuing the program’s strong local recruiting in the area.
Pitt’s momentum on the local trail shows no signs of slowing down as they continue to lock down the best talent in the area.
