2023 Pennsylvania High School Football PFN Rankings Week 2

“Steady as she goes” was not a saying used often this week. The rankings took several hits this week, namely State College dropping a close one to Downingtown East in 6A. 5A saw three at the lower end drop out. 4A had one change. 3A saw several changes as did both 2A and 1A. Enough talk, here’s where our group of experts think these teams are this week:
