2023 Pennsylvania High School Football PFN Rankings Week 5

The rankings team is on a roll! With all the top matchups this past weekend it really wasn’t difficult for them to sort things out. PCC and NA battled it out with the Tigers falling a few spots after their loss. In 5A Cocalico takes the place of USC with their big win over Lampeter-Strasburg. 4A was easy too. We didn’t punish Lampeter for that loss to a top 5A team. 3A saw the Cavaliers take a small drop and added two newbies. Sharon is back and welcome Palmerton to the rankings. In 2A the top 10 remains the same. Steel Valley is back in HM. And finally in 1A we lost perennial top 10 team Windber as well as HM Juniata Valley who dropped their game to the best 1-4 team in the state, West Branch. Welcome back Port Allegany and new team South Williamsport. South put up one heck of a fight to number 3 Canton in a loss.
