PFN State Rankings – Week 1 Class 2A & 1A

The Pennsylvania Football News releases it’s state rankings every Sunday night. Here are the new Class 2A & 1A rankings after Week 1:
Class 2A
Only one small change as Neshannock moved into the Top 8 with an impressive win over 2015 state-finalist Farrell. Some new teams in honorable mentions as well.

Class 1A
Three new teams jump in the Top 8, two (both out of the WPIAL), without even playing a game. Class 1A should be very stable at the top but there could be a rotating door in the bottom half of the rankings and honorable mention.
