When your team is on offense, what are the keys to success? 
On offense it all starts up front. We must get movement and be fundamentally sound up front. We must protect the football, limit drive stopping penalties, and finish drives.

When your team is on defense, what are the keys to success? 
On defense we must be fundamentally sound, gap responsible, and fly to the football as a unit. We need to establish the line of scrimmage up front and force turnovers.
