Mario has won several world, national, and state records in power lifting, was a 2018 second team all state DT, Most Valuable Thrower in track all high school years, All conference offense/defense in 10th and 11th grade, National Honor Society member.

It’s the best sport ever made

Who is your favorite sports star and why?
aron Donald because of how he overcame his natural disadvantages and became the best defensive lineman in the NFL

Do you have a favorite play you remember the most? Explain:
I was injured the beginning of the 2019 season and I wasn’t allowed to play defense. We were winning by 1 point against Dubois and they had just scored and were going for 2. Coach York yelled my name and our crowd stood up and cheered. I then tackled the ball carrier on the 1 yard line. I’ll never forget it.

What game, yours, college or pro, was your favorite game and why?
2016 Big 10 championship when Penn State beat Wisconsin

What is your favorite Pro team, any sport?
Pittsburgh Steelers

What sports movie would you watch every day if you had to pick one and why?
Remember the Titans. It gives a great message and is very inspiring.

What is your most embarrassing sports moment?
Trying to strip the ball, failed, and gave up 5 yards in the process. I believe the entire crowd heard Coach Ritt yelling my name

Is there anyone in your family, besides your parents, you could consider your biggest fan? Who, Why?
My Grandpa Butch, he helps me workout and get stronger. He also goes to every game

When you aren’t playing, practicing or training for sports, what is your go to activity and why?
Either watching a tv show by myself or playing video games with my friends Bc it’s fun and relaxing.

What is your favorite football memory to date?
Being apart of the the team that has the best season record in  Oil City Football history
