Why do you play football?

I play football because I have always loved the game and all of my relatives and people around me grew up playing football so they really swayed me to start playing the game.

What has been your best memory from football so far?

My best football memory would be winning the District 10 Championship and going undefeated up to that point last season.

Who is your favorite pro athlete and why?

My favorite pro athlete is Joe Thomas because I have always been a Browns fan and grew up watching him play. He inspired me when I was young and I always push myself to try to be like the player he was.

Who is your biggest fan and why?

My biggest fan would have to be both of my parents because they always support me on the field and are the first ones to text me after the games telling me that I played well.

Is there any specific person you look up to and use as a role model?

I look up to my grandpa Joe Valentino who has passed away, because he was a great successful man, and did things the right way. He also was a very good football player who is in the hall of fame at Allegheny. He is the reason I wear number 56 and I Strive to be the man that he was.

What is your desired major in college?

I am not sure what my major will be but as of now, I would say I’d major in business.

Coming off a year with COVID struggles, what do you think this year will be like?

I think that this year we will be very sharp with everything that we do because we have had much more time than last year to do offseason practicing and lifting. We lost a lot of our offseason time last year due to covid, but I think that with that time this year we will be very prepared for anything that we face. I also think that the games will feel much more electric because I am hoping that we will be able to get back to full capacity in stadiums.

Favorite play to run?

My favorite play to run is a QB sneak because it can show who really dominates the line, and it is a battle every time that play is run.

What is your personal goal for this season?

My personal goal for this season is to make All-Region first team on both sides of the ball and hopefully make an All-District or state team.

Favorite pre-game meal?

My favorite pregame meal would be grilled chicken and potatoes.

Sports movie?

Rock IV.

Sport you’d love to play but can’t?

Ice Hockey because I can’t skate.

Most embarrassing sports moment?

My most embarrassing sports moment would have to be when I had to strip down to my underwear before every game in peewees in front of the other team to make sure that I was under the weight limit.

What are you looking forward to most this year?

I’m looking forward to defending our District 10 title with my team, and just having fun and enjoying all the little things in my senior year.

Favorite activities?

My favorite activities outside of football would be playing my two other sports, baseball, and basketball, lifting, and hanging out with friends and family.
