Girard Upends North East’s Thursday Opener

Steven Foster would score three touchdowns for the visiting Yellowjackets en route to their 31-14 victory over the host North East Grapepickers. His touchdowns were from 7, 16, and 18 yards. Jeremiah Colon would add one more for the visitors from 15 yards. For North East, Jamari Curlett would snag two touchdown catches from 10 and 16 yards out. Girard would salt the game away with a 22 yard field goal in the fourth quarter.
