What does your offense need to improve on from last year? |
The key to our offense will be how well we block and take care of the football. We have two returning starters on the offensive line who are very good football players, a deep backfield, talented wide receivers and a quarterback who started 13 games as a freshman last year. |
What does your defense need to improve on from last year |
The key to our defense will be how well we pursue the football and tackle. The strength of our defense should be our very talented but inexperienced secondary. Once they get settled in, they will be very good. We will look to be physical and aggressive on defense. |
What are your overall thoughts on this years team? |
We have a very young group and a lot of our upper classmen do not have very much game experience. The key to this year will be how quickly our younger guys mature and gain the experience that they need. We have a lot of talented and skilled football players, we will improve as the year goes. As long as we play with a competitive spirit and relentless effort, we will be fine. |
