Nazareth Advances To 7-1 With Decisive Win Over Pleasant Valley

The Nazareth Blue Eagles earned their fourth consecutive win over the Pleasant Valley Bears this Friday Night. The talented Nazareth squad was able to hold Pleasant Valley to 0 points all while scoring 56 of their own. The first Blue Eagle possession was an exciting one, as Peyton Falzone threw a 23-yard touchdown to Mason Kuehner to set the pace for the rest of the game. 2 more touchdowns rolled in in the first quarter when Falzone rushed for a 6 yard touchdown and then threw a 13-yard touchdown to Caleb Newsome. In the second half, Falzone passed to Kuehner again for six on a 78-yard play. Falzone then rushed 7 yards to tally his second solo touchdown of the game. Kuehner then ran 50 yards on a punt return to put up another Nazareth score. With the game coming to a close, Lance Zuercher added two more for the dagger.
