What are your expectations for your team this year?
We will continue to build our culture, playing together as a team, developing our football skills, work ethic, and character. We will be more competitive this year now having our first season under our belt and looking forward to year two.
When your team is on offense, what are the keys to success?
We need to put our skill players in position to make plays. Almost our entire offensive line is returning, so if blocking is stable and our quarterback is reading route combos then we will be in good shape.
When your team is on defense, what are the keys to success?
When we are hustling to the ball, gang tackling, we are at our best. At the end of every play, there should be 11 hats around the ball.
