Why do you play football?

I play football for the love of the sport for what football did for me and my family football gave me 100% so I gave football 100% it’s changed my life!

What has been your best memory from football so far?

I don’t have a best memory so far. I’ve learned how to leave everything out on the field. That’s what I was taught by my coach. The only thing I love to bring with me off the field is success and how to better it.

Who is your favorite pro athlete and why?

My pro athletes don’t play the same position as me but the way he thinks and attacks is the best in my eyes and that’s Jaylen Ramsey.

Who is your biggest fan and why?

My biggest fan is my little brother he’s always there watching me grow. We had it a little rough coming up whereas though I had to play a father role in his life and we’ve created a special bond ever since he’s always looked up to me.

Is there any specific person you look up to and use as a role model?

No

What is your desired major in college?

I would like to major in business management.

How has COVID-19 affected you?

COVID -19 took a year’s worth of football away from us and some potential scholarships but I have faith we will rise above it and get back to the sport we love.

Favorite play to run?

On the defense side of things I love to run a special defense, we made at Neumann Goretti called box aka Neumann. I like to run it because two years ago we lost by one to Pope John Paul in that defense and I wasn’t in the game not saying that I would’ve made a big difference but that defense work and we were not able to execute it, but now it’s unstoppable.

What is your personal goal for this season?

My personal goal is to be a leader for my team and play well, and show these coaches that I’m capable of playing at the next level.

Favorite pre-game meal?

Sausage egg and cheese on wheat bread and two Ensures

Sports movie?

Safety

Sport you’d love to play but can’t?

Basketball, I’d love to play but I was always the shortest on the court.

Most embarrassing sports moment?

The most embarrassing moment was when as I was coming up to press the point I slipped but lucky for me I did not panic in those situations and I was there for the pass deflection.

What are you looking forward to most this year?

I am looking forward to more blessings not only for me but for the friends and families that base their lives around football and for us to have fun and just play some football.
