What does your offense need to improve on offense
We need to establish an identity. We need more consistency and less turnovers, especially during key situations in the game. Lastly, we must learn to finish games. In our 3 loses, we had the lead going into the 4th quarter.
What does your defense need to improve on from last year *
Our Defense last year was outstanding. I believe we have to be able to respond better to negative events when they happen during the game. We call it “Control of the “R” Factor.
