“Cael is a great student who plays multiple sports. He runs Track, plays Football and also finds the time to get in the weight room. Cael is a explosive & smart RB for us, who filled in when we lost our starter last year. He is a solid DB as well which makes him a two-way player that will play almost every snap.”

Let’s get to know a little more about Cael:
Why do you play football ?
I play football because, when I was little, I played baseball, basketball and football, and football was the one I fell in love with and stuck with today.
Who is your favorite sports star and why ?
My favorite sports star is Christian McCaffrey because, when I played football as a kid, my dad called me McCaffrey which led to me watching him at Stanford and falling in love with his play style and on how he carries himself on and off the field.
Do you have a favorite play you remember the most ? Explain:
My favorite play was as a Jr. Devil, I had a run that went to the end zone but I only made it there because my little brother came in and clocked the kid who would have caught me.
What was last year’s season like for you ?
Last year’s season for me was a learning experience, getting used to the playbook and learning how to polish my game so that when my time came I was ready.
Who is the best player you have ever lined up against ?
I think the best player I ever lined up against was Reese Gaughan, because covering him is a nightmare with how fast he is and how sharp he runs his routes.
What stadium, (HS/College/Pro) would you love to visit for a game ?
I would love to visit Bank of America Stadium and watch the Carolina Panthers play because they are my favorite team and I love how the stadium looks.
What is your favorite Pro Sports team(any sport) ? Explain:
My favorite pro sports team is the Carolina Panthers, because that is where Christian McCaffrey got drafted and that is what kickstarted my love for the NFL.
What game, yours, college or pro, was your favorite game you watched and why ?
The Stanford vs Iowa 2016 Rose Bowl game was my favorite game to watch because Stanford is my dream college and I am a big Penn State fan so watching Stanford destroy Iowa was an amazing thing.
What sports movie could you watch every day if you had to pick one, and why ?
The sports movie I would watch everyday would be The Benchwarmers, because I grew up with that movie and I still think it is hilarious.
Name one thing you’d love to do in football that may never happen ?
I would love to throw a touchdown pass, but unfortunately it probably will not happen.
Name a sport you’d love to play but can’t:
I’ve always wanted to golf but I was never very good at it no matter how much I tried.
What is your most embarrassing sports moment ?
My most embarrassing sports moment is when I ran for 2 long touchdowns as a kid and then went back into the huddle and threw up in the middle of it.
When you aren’t playing, practicing, or training for sports, what is your go to activity, and why ?
My go to activity is probably playing video games because it’s a great way to just kick back and relax after a long practice or day.
Which one, Sheetz, Wawa, or Rutters ? Explain:
I would have to pick Sheetz because, I love their food, specifically their Wisconsin Cheese bites.
What is your favorite vacation destination ?
My favorite vacation destination is Myrtle Beach in South Carolina, because I have family down there that I don’t get to see very often and the beaches are amazing.
Favorite Band/Musician ?
My favorite musician is Childish Gambino.
NBA, NHL, MLB, NCAAF, NFL, Which league is the best and why ?
I think the NFL is the best league because football is my favorite sport, I love how energetic and lively it feels when someone lays a big hit or makes a big play.
Best Video Game Console(XBox/Playstation/Sega/Atari/etc) and why ?
The best video game console is PlayStation, because I’ve been using it all of my life.
Name one thing in life(NOT SPORTS RELATED) you would like to achieve:
I would love to get accepted into Stanford University and study there.
Location you think would be the best place to live(ie: island, mountains, city, etc) ? Explain why:
I think the best place to live would be in the mountains because the scenery is beautiful and you can have peace and quiet up there.
