Coach Shane Grodack says “Josh is a hard nosed running back who is a versatile runner. He is effective in both the zone and power running schemes. An excellent receiver out of the back field and has excellent vision in space. On Defense Josh is a hard hitting Strong Safety who makes a lot of tackles in space and is a physical presence on the field. He is excellent in run support and covers ground quickly in coverage”.

Why do you play football?
Friday Night Lights. The week long preparation, the excitement of the game, 48 minutes where nothing else matter except the game.
Who is your favorite sports star and WHY?
Curtis Martin and Breece Hall, because they are dynamic running backs they have power when they need it and they are shifty and the way they hit the hole with explosiveness and how they read the hole.
Do you have a favorite play you remember the most? Explain:
My most favorite play would be a 37 power against a rival school when I scored my first varsity touchdown as a freshman.
What was last years season like for you?
Last season was a really good year I got to learn a lot and got a lot of experience with the more reps I got as the season progressed.
What are your goals for this coming season?
My goals for this season is to rush for 1,500 yds and over 20 touchdowns and help lead my team to the district championship again.
Who is the best player you ever lined up against?
One of the best players I ever lined up against was on my own team luke Janiszewski.
What stadium, HS/college/pro would you love to visit for a game?
I would love to visit Ohio stadium.
What is your favorite Pro team, any sport?
The New York Jets
What game, yours, college or pro, was your favorite game you watched and why?
The Jets VS Patriots October 15 2017 first NFL game and I got to go on the field.
What would you do to improve the recruiting process?
Try to get more film on myself on the field, training, and try to get on more coaches radar.

Some who is supportive and always pushing you to be better.
Tell everyone why you think football is good for a community
Football is good for the community because it brings everyone together where people forget their differences to sport one thing together.
Name one thing that you’d love to do in football that may never happen?

Who is your mentor, the person you want to be like? WHY?
My mentor is my father because he’s been there for me no matter what and he has shown me everything I know about being a man and he is always giving up time for to help me train.
