Why do you play football?
Football has been a constant in my life for a long time, and the family I’ve built through it is almost as strong as my actual family. I would not know most the guys on my team if it wasn’t for football. Football is also a great way to challenge myself in every aspect; mentally, physically and even emotionally. It tests my leadership through adversity, and helps me develop as a young man.

Who is your favorite sports star and why?
Jason Kelce. Ever since I’ve started watching football, I was watching Jason Kelce. I loved him before, but ever since I started getting serious about football, I really loved watching him play. He can move very well for his size, being able to pull as a center and then keeping up with running backs is crazy. Along with his on-the-field attributes, Jason Kelce is a true leader. You can tell it’s natural whenever you see him talk.

Do you have a favorite play you remember the most? Explain:
When I pancaked someone on pass pro, and somehow ended up doing a headstand on him. My body was pretty much completely vertical. I still look at it and wonder what happened

What are your goals for this coming season?
To be a good leader for my team

What is your favorite Pro team, any sport?
Philadelphia Eagles

What sports movie would you watch every day if you had to pick one and why?
Greater. The movie was about Brandon Burlsworth. It’s one of the only movies I’ve cried watching. It hits so close to home, as there’s not many famous movies about offensive linemen

Name one thing that you’d love to do in football that may never happen?
Fb dive at the goal line

Name a sport you’d love to play but can’t:
Baseball. I grew up playing it, and still watch from time to time, but I was awful at playing it

What is your most embarrassing sports moment?
I was running out to the field in a Junior High scrimmage and the front of my cleat caught, tripping me and making me land face first right in front of the opposing team.

Is there anyone in your family, besides your parents, you could consider your biggest fan? Who, Why?
My brother, Tal. He’s been with me my entire career, being just a year younger than me, following behind me with most things I do

When you aren’t playing, practicing or training for sports, what is your go to activity and why?
Fishing. It gives me time to think and just relax

What is your favorite football memory to date?
Being told I was starting the first ever Friday Night Lights game I’ve ever been on the field for

What is your favorite play to run?
Scarface. It was the play where we had our running back on a flare and the left tackle releases inside of the end to block a corner. I always remember seeing our left tackles face would light up after it was called, and then after the play, he would walk up to the huddle with the goofiest smile

What scares you the most?
Failure

Music of choice:
Old country like 1950’s-2000’s

Which one? Sheetz or Wawa
Wawa

What is your favorite vacation destination?
Potter County

Do you remember what the first football game you saw was?
The Super Bowl With Seattle and Denver
