WORDS FROM THE HEAD COACH:
Bryce is tough player that will do anything for the team. Bryce played fullback and safety for us last year, and might play several other spots for us this year. His dedication to the team is what sets him apart. Bryce is also a 3-sport athlete for us.
GETTING TO KNOW BRYCE:
What is the best part of being a student-athlete at Annville-Cleona High School?
The best part of being a student athlete is the atmosphere that the school has with the students/teammates and staff. Being in one of the smaller schools where pretty much everyone knows everyone, no student athlete will ever be a stranger in the classroom or on the field.
How long have you been playing football(any level)?
Since 2015, 9 years.
Of all the road games you have played, which stadium had the best overall atmosphere, along with what made it so good?
The best stadium would have to be Lancaster Catholic because, coming in being the underdogs, which added to the intensity and with a lot of our fans in the stands, putting a full game together is what made the atmosphere so good.
If the game is on the line, do you want to be on offense or defense ? Explain
I would choose offense because of my trust and faith I have in my teammates, from my tight end to my tailback to block who needs to be blocked and execute our offense with intensity and pride.
As an athlete, what has been your biggest achievement ?
My biggest achievement as an athlete would be the steady progress I’ve made in being a leader.
What was the high point of the 2023 season ?
The high point of my 2023 season was turning around our season after our third game. We were at our lowest point, but everyone pitched in and we turned our season around, going from 1-2 to 7-4.
What are you going to miss the most from the class of 2024 ?
I am going to miss the leadership, they knew what needed to be done and did it without question.
What are your goals for the 2024 season ?
My goals for the 2024 season is to lead our team, make another playoff run, and finish the season with more than 1,000 rushing yards.
Who is your favorite sports star and why ?
My favorite sports star is Michael Jordan because of his drive to be the best.
Do you have a favorite play you remember the most ? Explain:
I have a lot of favorite plays, but I think my favorite (group of plays), was a 97 yard drive resulting in a touchdown all by running the same exact play against Lancaster Catholic.
Who is the best player(s) you have ever lined up against and what team did they play for ?
The best player that I lined up against was Jake Williams from ELCO.
What stadium, (HS/College/Pro) would you love to visit for a game ?
I would love to visit Madison Square Garden.
What is your favorite Pro Sports team(any sport) ? Explain:
All Philly! The Phillies, Eagles, Flyers, and Sixers, because they are the favorites of my family.
What game, yours, college or pro, was your favorite game you watched and why ?
Definitely my games, because I love watching our team coming out on a Friday night with one goal, win a football game.
What sports movie could you watch every day if you had to pick one, and why ?
Rocky IV, because of the underdog story against the almost invincible man, Ivan Drago.
Name one thing you’d love to do in football that may never happen ?
Throwing a deep ball for a touchdown.
Name a sport you’d love to play but can’t:
I think Lacrosse would be very fun to play, but is not offered at our school.
What is your most embarrassing sports moment ?
Most embarrassing would have to be when I’m in the huddle, calling a play, when saying the play, I jumble up my words and everyone starts laughing.
When you aren’t playing, practicing, or training for sports, what is your go to activity, and why ?
When I’m not on the field, I love to ride bikes on and off road, and I love to swim.
Which one, Sheetz, Wawa, or Rutters ? Explain:
Sheetz, because I love their chicken and curly fries.
What is your favorite vacation destination ?
My favorite vacation destination would be Bora-Bora.
Tell us something that you have a fear of ?
Being caught off guard and taking a bad hit.
Favorite Fast Food/Burger place and why ?
McDonald’s, because I really like their crispy chicken sandwich.
Have you ever been to a professional sports game, which ones ?
Yes, Phillies, Eagles, Flyers, Sixers.
NBA, NHL, MLB, NCAAF, NFL, Which league is the best and why ?
NFL, because some of the best athletes participate in this league and because football is so fun to watch.
What is your favorite video game, on mobile and or console ?
Clash Royale

Bacon

I would travel in style with a very nice car to anywhere I please.

A college degree.
Location you think would be the best place to live (ie: island, mountains, city, etc) ? Explain why:
I think the best location to live is somewhere with warm weather so you can be outside and swim as much as you like.
