Nate is the player that you have to stop when facing the Lions. Last season he threw for 1,458 yard with 8 tds and he ran for 810 yards and another 12 trips to the endzone. He’s a danger every time he touches the ball. And when you’re the quarterback, it’s nearly every play. He also pitches for the Lions and has a shot at being an All State player on the mound. He’s committed to Wake Forest for baseball.
His head coach, Max Shoemaker, says “Nate has been the trigger man in an offensive attack the last 2 yrs that has avg 32 pts/game. In ’22 he averaged 205 yds of total offense each game throwing for 1458 yds while rushing for another 810 yds. Nate is a fierce competitor & many times takes on the role of a “coach on the field” in getting our offense consistently into the “best” play at the line of scrimmage.
