Why do you play football?

I play football because I enjoy the teamwork between me and my brothers, the feeling of winning and the feeling of beating the guy across from me.

Who is your favorite sports star and why?

JJ Watt because he’s motivational in the weight room and how he’s been able to overcome so many challenges in his career.

Do you have a favorite play you remember the most? Explain:

My favorite play was against Westinghouse when we were going for a 2-point conversion and I got to block 2 guys at once on the defensive line.

What game, yours, college or pro, was your favorite game and why?

My favorite game was when we played Westinghouse in the city league playoffs. We needed up losing in double OT but it was really close the whole game.

What is your favorite Pro team, any sport?

Pittsburgh Steelers

What sports movie would you watch every day if you had to pick one and why?

I would watch Remember the Titans because I really like watching the two teams come together and face there challenges to win together.

What cartoon character do you think your head coach most resembles.

I can’t think of anything that wouldn’t get him mad at me later if he reads this.

If your mom and dad are screaming at you from the stands, what is it they usually yell?

My mom talks to herself and keeps repeating to just keep pushing the guy in front me.

Who is your mentor, the person you want to be like?

The person I strive to be like is my grandfather.

Name a sport you’d love to play but can’t:

Hockey but I can’t skate.

Tell everyone something about you that would make them laugh out loud:

I like to collect older comic books.

What is your most embarrassing sports moment?

Breaking my wrist during practice was pretty embarrassing.

Is there anyone in your family, besides your parents, you could consider your biggest fan? Who, Why?

My trainer Dan Kovacs, I’ve been training with him ever since freshmen year and he’s helped me a lot in becoming the player I am today.

When you aren’t playing, practicing or training for sports, what is your go to activity and why?

I like playing video games or practicing playing guitar. Both of them are relaxing and let me calm down and spend some alone time.

What is your favorite football memory to date?

Freshmen year in the weight room when I hit a 185 pound bench and it felt like I was being welcomed into the team by all the other players.

What is your favorite play to run?

Any run that’s behind my pulls or my blocks.

What scares you the most?

Bugs
