Last night I made my way to Frost-Kalnow Stadium in Tiffin, Ohio for the first time to watch Tiffin Columbian battle ClydeFliers. This was my first visit to the stadium and the first time I saw Clyde play.  Afer four offensive plays the Tornado had a 21-0 lead. Damien Brockington scored on runs of 63 and 78 yards making this a 14-0 game and then after a pick by Jack Koerper the Tornado offense was right back on the field with the result being a 33-yard touchdown catch by Brady Gooding. The last big play of the opening quarter would be a 14-yard screen pass to Taleb Al-Zakwani that set up the first score in the second quarter.

Just six seconds into the second quarter we had a 28-0 game after a 14-yard touchdown catch by Koerper and the point-after kick by Liam Kerr. Making the snap on the kick was Bryce Roggow and the hold was by Brayden Roggow. Clyde would suffer a 13-yard loss when a bad snap caused Drake Guhn to chase the ball down and then be planted into the turf by Keishon Seitz who wore number two. A.J. Hickman would get a pick to put the Columbian offense back on the field. Brockington picked up 9 yards, and Koerper caught a pass for 16 yards to make it first and goal from the eight. Brayden Roggow scampered in for a 3-yard score to make this a 35-0 game, with 3:53 left in the half. A pick by Brockington put the Tornado offense on the field with a little less than two minutes left on the clock. Koerper had two catches for 41 yards setting up a 17-yard catch by Bryce Roggow for the 42-0 score.

Brayden Roggow found Bryce Roggow for 16 yards down to the Clyde five, and from there Kelshon Seitz plowed in from a yard out for the 49-0 score.

Clyde used a 17-yard run from Cole Sengstock to set up a 1-yard run by Dawson Jeffery and for their final score, Bryson Patynko hauled in a 20-yard touchdown catch. Tyler Soper hit both point-after kicks for Clyde to give us the 49-14 final.

Total Yards
