Delaware Valley posts 3 standouts to the 2023 Class 5A PA Writers All-State Team

The Delaware Valley Warriors had 3 standout players make the 2023 Class 5A PA Football Writers All-State Team.

On offense it was #87 Senior TE Aiden Black making the squad.  Black, who will be attending Stanford after graduation, had 22 receptions for 420 yards and 5 TD’s but also was a huge contributor from the edge on defense with another double-digit sack year.

#44 Senior LB Justin Kalitsnik also made the team on the defensive side, and it was no surprise.  On offense, Kalitsnik had 738 rushing yards and 7 total TD’s but it was on the defense where he made the biggest impact. Anyone attending any 2023 Warrior game heard his name called often as he had 153 tackles on the year.

#1 Senior DB Ryder Machado was a huge contributor on offense with 1829 total yards and 29 total TD’s, but he was even better on defense.  Machado had 8 interceptions and 92 tackles on the year to lead the Warrior secondary.
