Sharon 40, Titusville 7
After knocking off the Rockets 63-22 on October 18, Sharon made it look easy again with a 40-7 rout of Titusville. The victory ensures a rematch with Hickory for District 10 AAA gold. Ike Friday rushed for 203 yards and two touchdowns to lead the Tigers. Friday scored on runs of 77 and 2 yards, while Terrian White added a 28-yard run. Yousef Kanan opened the scoring with a 32-yard field goal. Ethan Engelmore threw a 45-yard touchdown pass to Ra’Keem Hughes with 16 seconds left in the half. Sharon led 31-0. Kare’mez Norris caught a 43-yard pass from Engelmore, and the Tigers added a safety to involve the mercy clock. Engelmore completed 5-of-8 passes for 124 yards and two touchdowns. Titusville scored on a 15-yard run by Jaydin O’Neill in the fourth quarter. O’Neill led the Rockets with 67 yards on 15 carries.
Hickory 42, Corry 7
Despite not playing for a few weeks, Hickory had no problem with Corry. The defending District 10 champions will get another shot at Sharon in the AAA title game next Friday night at Slippery Rock University. The Tigers beat the Hornets 20-14 on September 13th. Zander Telesz accounted for three total touchdowns, and Kelvin Morrison rushed for a game-high 131 yards on 14 carries. Telesz tossed two touchdowns of 10 and 65 yards to Jadon Phillips while adding a 5-yard touchdown run. Morrison scored on a 44-yard run in the second quarter, and Sarmad Shakoor’s 2-yard run opened the scoring. Hickory led 28-0 at halftime. Telesz completed 7-of-11 passes for 136 yards and two touchdowns and rushed for 82 yards and a score. Phillips had four grabs for 98 yards. Corry scored on a 4-yard pass from Nolan Carey to Nick Lesher. Carey completed 11-of-26 passes for 184 yards with a touchdown and two interceptions. Read the full game recap here.
General McLane 34, Meadville 0
General McLane won their first District 10 title in 18 with a 34-0 victory over Meadville. Read the full game story here.
State College 35, McDowell 7
McDowell was no match for State College Friday night as the Little Lions built a 35-0 halftime lead and never looked back. Lamar Wilson opened the scoring with a 23-yard run. Eddie Corkey threw a 40-yard touchdown pass to Cooper Brushwood, giving State College a 14-0 lead after a quarter. Corkey threw two long touchdowns in the second frame to Ty Salazer of 72 and 78 yards before Wilson capped the half with a 3-yard run. Brody Bonsell scored on a 7-yard run for McDowell with 1:30 to play with the mercy clock rolling. Read the full game recap here.

Wilmington 49, Reynolds 14
Much like their game on October 5, Wilmington cruised to a mercy rule victory over Reynolds. The win puts the Greyhounds in the District 10 A final against Greenville. Wilmington will be looking to win its first district title since 2020. The Greyhounds beat the Trojans 28-7 in the season’s opening week. Wilmington used a balanced rushing attack to down the Raiders. Chase Mitcheltree ran for a team-high 94 yards and two touchdowns, while Cael Kettering added 89 yards and two scores. Michael Mistretta opened the scoring with a 30-yard run. Wilmington also got a pair of touchdown passes from Wesley Vass-Gal to Freddie Zehetner, covering 33 and 8 yards. Reynolds’ touchdowns came on a 30-yard run by Gabriel Minjarez in the fourth quarter, and Parker Nay is returning a kickoff of 80 yards. Minjarez rushed for 99 yards to lead the Raiders. Wilmington led 28-0 at halftime.
Greenville 27, Cambridge Springs 26
Greenville stopped a go-ahead 2-point conversion before running out the final three minutes to nip Cambridge Springs 27-26. The Trojans will now meet Wilmington for District 10 A gold with a chance to win the school’s first district title since 1999. Greenville lost to Wilmington in Week 1, 28-7. Brandon Hoover scored a touchdown run for the Blue Devils before Greenville tackled him just short of the goal line to preserve the win. Justin Schell caught a 69-yard touchdown from Nick Soldrich early in the fourth quarter, giving Greenville a 27-20 lead that proved the difference. Schell also caught a 23-yard pass from Soldrich, giving Greenville a 13-12 halftime advantage. Soldrich completed 6-of-12 passes for 191 yards and three touchdowns. Schell caught a 48-yard touchdown that tied the game at 20 in the third quarter. He caught four passes for 144 yards and three touchdowns. Teage Calvin scored on a 1-yard run for Greenville’s opening touchdown. Cambridge Springs, shutout by the Trojans on September 7th, 17-0, opened the scoring on Jordan Washington’s 5-yard run. The Blue Devils retook the lead on Hoover’s 1-yard run in the second quarter. Hoover added a 7-yard reception from Morgan Applebee, giving Cambridge Springs a 20-13 lead. Brett Kania led the Blue Devils with 88 yards on 23 carries, Washington added 54 yards, while Hoover chipped in with 71 yards receiving and 23 rushing.
Farrell 28, Sharpsville 18
Farrell won their fourth consecutive District 10 AA title with a 28-18 victory over Sharpsville. Read the full game recap here.
