Harbor Creek scored 28 first-quarter points en route to a 35-10 victory over Slippery Rock Thursday night at Paul J. Weitz Stadium.

Hickory 49, McKinley 0
Kelvin Morrison ran for 187 yards and three touchdowns as Hickory routed Niles Mckinley 49-0. Zander Telesz passed for 120 yards and added a 7-yard touchdown run. Jadon Phillips had 102 yards receiving and caught a 12-yard touchdown from Christian Dungee, who also threw a 40-yard touchdown to Sebastian Bromley.
Oil City 35, Grove City 21
Cole Findlay threw two touchdowns to De’Vaughn Griffin, and Shia Sanchez rushed for 124 yards and two scores, leading Oil City past Grove City. Finlay threw touchdowns of 15 and 58 yards to Griffin while adding a 33-yard touchdown run. Findlay completed 10-of-16 passes for 167 yards. Griffin had 120 yards receiving on six receptions. Lucas McCreadie passed for 133 yards, throwing a 59-yard touchdown to Nathan Greer while adding a 42-yard touchdown run. Jaxyn Wilson also scored on a 1-yard run for the Eagles.
Erie 74, Franklin 0
Marqwan Darnell threw two touchdowns and ran for a third as Erie High dominated Franklin 74-0. The Royals led 35-0 after a quarter. Shaiede Smith scored two touchdowns on the ground, and Arydah Pacley, Darnell, Armari Farmer, and Cameron Barnes also scored rushing touchdowns. Darnell threw touchdowns of four yards to Giovanni Crosby and 17 yards to Markel Pope.
Girard 21, Warren 7
Ryan St. Julien accounted for three touchdowns as Girard gave first-year head coach Mark Brooks his first win as head coach of the Yellowjackets. St. Julien rushed for two touchdowns and 42 yards on eight carries while completing 7-of-11 passes for 87 yards and a touchdown to James Kibbe. Charlie Blum ran for 52 yards and a touchdown to lead Warren, while Ayden Corbett added 50 yards on 17 carries.
Fairview 13, Seneca 9
Fairview, playing without quarterback Vincent Campoli, held off Seneca 13-9 Friday night to rebound from their loss against Oil City last week. Carlo Cimino took over as quarterback and completed 10 out of 17 passes for 95 yards and a touchdown to Tyler Divecchio. Joey O’Reilly rushed for a team-high 52 yards on 16 carries and a touchdown to pace the Tigers ground game. Ty Benford added 31 yards, while Divecchio caught five balls for 48 yards. Jared Gladitz caught a 17-yard pass from Carter Miaczynski for Seneca’s score. The Bobcats also got a field from Cameron Beebe and 55 yards rushing from Rylan Harwood.
Corry 28, Mercyhurst Prep 21
Blake Cook’s 95-yard kickoff return for a touchdown with 5:19 to play proved the difference as Corry topped Mercyhurst Prep 28-21. The Beavers led 21-7 after three quarters, but Vinny Feliciano ripped off 66 and 71-yard touchdown runs to even the score before Cook’s kick return. Nolan Carey threw touchdowns of 29 yards to Lamech Albers and a 9-yard strike to Nick Lesher. Feliciano added a 4-yard run for the Lakers in the first quarter, while Mason Savitz opened the scoring with a 1-yard run. Carey completed 12-of-20 passes for 144 yards.
Sharpsville 34, Lakeview 15
Geno Currie rushed for 120 yards and four touchdowns to lead Sharpsville past Lakeview 34-15. Currie scored with a 5-yard run and would later score from a yard out in the first half. But Lakeview took a 15-14 lead in halftime when Leyton Zacherl scored on runs of four and 14 yards. Zacherl ran for 102 yards to lead the Sailors. Jaiden White, who rushed for 103 yards, gave the Blue Devils the lead for good with a 15-yard run in the third quarter. Currie would later score on 13 and 2-yard touchdown runs.
Saegertown 14, Mercer 7
Aaron Shartle rushed for 128 yards and a touchdown to lead Saegertown past Mercer 14-7. The Panthers also got a rushing touchdown from Cru Scott, who added 27 yards on the ground. Mercer gained 214 yards of offense and took a 7-0 lead in the first quarter.
Eisenhower 34, Union City 7
Caleb Jakubczak accounted for 186 yards of offense and three total touchdowns, leading Eisenhower past Union City. Jakubczak rushed for two touchdowns and 83 yards on 12 carries while completing 7-of-12 passes for 103 with a touchdown to Tanner Lookenhouser. Logan Penley added 117 yards and a touchdown on 16 carries. Joe Gigliotti. Austin Brown ran an 81-yard touchdown for Union and finished the night with 101 yards on 17 carries.
Conneaut 41, Maplewood 0
Joe Furgiuele again had a monster game for Conneaut, rushing for 264 yards and three touchdowns to lead the Eagles. Aiden Ford added a 60-yard touchdown, while Ben Easler 8-of-14 passes for 217 yards and threw touchdowns of 66 yards to Wyatt Luke and 20 yards to Furgiuele. Luke caught four passes for 105 yards. Andrew Proper had a big game for Maplewood, rushing for 209 yards on 32 carries.
Cambridge Springs 34, Reynolds 0
Jordan Washington and Brett Kania combined to rush for 283 yards as Cambridge Springs shutout Reynolds 34-0 Friday night. Washington scored two touchdowns, while Brandon Hoover and Morgan Applebee added rushing touchdowns. Hoover, who caught six passes for 91 yards, also caught a touchdown from Applebee.
Greenville 42, Northwestern 0
Rudy Gentile and Nick Solderich ran for 120 and 115 yards, respectively, with Solderich scoring three times while Gentile added a pair of scores. Javon Mack also added a rushing touchdown for Greenville, who has now won five games in a row. The Trojans led 42-0 after three quarters. Braden Swift led Northwestern with 53 yards on 15 carries.
General McLane 28, Fort LeBoeuf 6
General McLane won their 5th-straight game, and quarterback Isaac Zietz became the school’s all-time leading passer Friday night.

Titusville 47, North East 14
Jaxon Covell had another big game for Titusville as he rushed for 189 yards on 17 carries, scoring four touchdowns as the Rockets rolled past North East 47-14. Ian McDonald completed 9-of-15 passes for 100 yards, including a touchdown to Brett Schmidt. McDonald added 57 yards rushing and a touchdown. Adam Reynolds also returned a kickoff for a touchdown. North East got two rushing touchdowns from Ethen Ringer and Bryson Galloway. Ringer rushed for 132 yards on 28 carries.
McDowell 38, Villa Angela-St. Joseph 35
Blayze Myers completed 16-of-23 passes for 307 yards and four touchdowns as McDowell took down previously Villa Angel-St. Joseph. Myers threw first-quarter touchdowns of two and 76 yards to Stephon Porter and a 79-yard touchdown to Gavin Magorien, helping the Trojans build a 21-0 lead after a quarter. Kayden Dodds caught a 41-yard touchdown from Myers as McDowell built a 31-14 lead in the third quarter. Porter added a 31-yard touchdown run in the fourth quarter, and the Trojans held on for a 38-35 victory. Porter rushed for 149 yards on 29 carries. McDowell’s other score came on a 24-yard field goal by Ashton Sontheimer.
Farrell 38, Wilmington 0
Juelz Johnson gained 313 yards of total offense and scored four touchdowns as Farrell cruised past Wilmington 38-0. Johnson, who rushed for 188 yards on 17 carries, scored on two 2-yard touchdown runs in the second quarter before adding a 56-yard run in the second half. He also scored on a 24-yard pass from Aaron Pegues, who added a 4-yard touchdown to Zameere Thomas. Johnson had eight receptions for 125 yards. Dorean Cain also returned an interception for a touchdown. Jamie Miller ran for 111 yards for Wilmington.

Iroquois 50, Kennedy Catholic 0
Cole Bennett accounted for four touchdowns as Iroquois rolled past Kennedy Catholic on Saturday afternoon. Bennett went a perfect 11-for-11, throwing for 174 yards and three touchdowns. Treyvon Scott, Nykeem Abu-Zebiba, and Ethan Alderson all had touchdown receptions. Mohammed Al-Hchaimi rushed for a game-high 104 yards on five carries, including a 79-yard touchdown run. Maddox Brown scored on runs of one and 72 yards on his two carries in the contest, while Bennett added a 1-yard run.
Sharon 41, Meadville 21
Ike Friday rushed for 177 yards and three touchdowns to lead Sharon past Meadville 41-21 Saturday night at Dr. Albert Bender Stadium.

St. Francis 35, Cathedral Prep 21
Landon Welka threw for 269 yards and three touchdowns while adding two scoring runs for St. Francis as they handed Cathedral Prep their first loss of 2024. Welka threw two touchdowns to Damone Allen, who had seven game-high receptions for 155 yards. Allen caught touchdowns of 21 and 65 yards. Welka also ran for 66 yards. Edward Gauthier also had a touchdown catch for the Red Raiders. Taijoun Williams and Matthew Oblich caught touchdown passes for Cathedral Prep. DaZarie Carson added 61 yards rushing and a touchdown for the Ramblers.
