The Northwestern Lehigh Tigers defeat the Notre Dame-Green Pond Crusaders 35-14 in the District XII 3A Championship game. The Tigers had a hot start in the first half, up 21-7, but as soon as the second half started Notre Dame started to find their way and scored a touchdown to make it a one possession game. With a few back and forth drives of no scores, the Tigers started to pull away late in the end. The Crusaders get handed their first loss on the year, but Northwestern Lehigh will get to advance to State Playoffs with their unbeaten record and try to get a second consecutive state title this year.
