On the ensuing drive, Pittston QB Paulie Ferentino was intercepted and Dallas made the Patriots pay as Talyn Geskey connected with Mason again for a 13-yard score to put Dallas up 28-20 with 9:13 left in the 4th.
Pittston was not done though, as some trickery ensued when Ferentino lateralled it to Lo Presto who then hit WR Bill Dessoye for a 45-yard TD. Pittston then went for the 2-point conversion and Spindler got it, and the game was tied at 28 with 4:18 to go. Both teams had chances down the stretch in regulation but could not convert, and this game went to overtime.
Dallas got the ball first and scored when Talyn Geskey hit on the 1-yard keeper and Dallas took a 35-28 lead. Pittston then got their chance and scored when Spindler drove into the endzone from just inside the 2. The Patriots then decided to go for 2, and it was Spindler again who drove through the pile and converted to give Pittston a wild 36-35 overtime victory.
Pittston improved to 4-1 and will head up to the other mountain to face Crestwood. Dallas fell to 1-4 and will look to get back on track on the road against North Pocono.
