COMPUTER NERD GUESSES CORRECTLY 16 TIMES!
Week three is in the books and what a week it was for the PFN ProTime Pick’em Challenge. Bossman Billy had a spectacular week with his Ouija board, with a 17-3 record, bringing his season long record of 44-16, which leads the Challenge. As noted last week the Bossman has a predilection to lead early, but fade late. Refusing to bow to our fearless leader Matt was correct on 90% of his picks choosing an incredible 18-2 on the week, upping his season win total to 43. Jared was just one unlucky pick from Matt joining Bossman Billy with 17 wins. A gaggle of the “Pros” went 16-4, leading the way for the 16 game winners was ProTime Phil, Mayhem continued his winning ways joining the gang of 16, as well as Polka Al, Willie and shockingly Elon Ed also went 16-4. Seems it was nerd picking week, in Pennsylvania this week, with our top nerd’s computer selecting 16 wins, bringing his season win total 34-26!
After three weeks in the jar our season long standings are starting to take shape, with Bossman in the lead, two-time defending champion ProTime Phil-Mayhem-Polka Alex and Matt, are just a single win from Billy with 43 wins. Somehow Willie, along with Jared have 42 wins. Tristan sits all alone at the bottom of the Challenge with just 31 wins against 29 loses.
For the Joe’s this week BaskinRobbins and VillRid had impressive 15 correct picks against only 5 losers. While 15 wins is definitely something to crow about, is Baskin and Robbins even a top 10 ice cream? I say NO! In case you are wondering what best ice cream is, Bassetts is the top ice cream on the planet. Salted Caramel Pretzel is my top flavor.
