PROTIME PHIL KEEPS THE LEAD BY ONE OVER MATT
You know it is going to be a bad week of picking for the PROS when ProTime Phil (137wins) goes a human 13-7 for the week and still retains the lead in ProTime’s Pick’em Challenge, with just one week to go in the regular season. Matt (136) cooled off with the exact same record as ProTime Phil of 13-7, keeping him just one win behind the lead, as time is running out in the regular season portion of the Challenge. Mayhem (133) had 14 winners this week inching to within 4 wins of the lead. Mayhem was the only Pro to select Montour over the Quips. I look for the Guru of the SOL to have a very good week the first week of the playoffs when many of his beloved SOL teams will be in action, with much of Pennsylvania’s high schools taking a bye week. The top Pro of the week was Polka Alex (129) going 15-5, moving into forth place. Word of the street is the King of the Polkas made his selections by spinning magic perogies!
Then there is Tristan, who was dangerously close to a losing week. Tristan finished with a 10-10 week, making a great comeback picking 7 of the last 8 games correctly, he was also the only Pro that had Conestoga Valley over Exeter, on the other hand he was the only Pro who thought Central Philadelphia would beat George Washington High, they didn’t.
The Joes were terrible this week, with four of the Joes having losing records, with the Professor picking just 8 winners. Hopefully the Professor’s disciple isn’t statistics. Leading the Joes for the week was VillRid with a very nice 13-7 week.
