Scranton’s Dyjeere Weekes named to Big 33 Squad

Scranton Knights DT/OL Dyjeere Weekes was named to the Big 33 roster today. Weekes, at 6 ft. 3 in. 300-lbs, has been a stalwart on both lines for the Knights, especially the last 2 seasons. He had 51 total tackles on defense this season, with plenty of pressure applied to opposing backfields. Dyjeere has received at least 3 college offers thus far, and it will be exciting to see him go on to play at the next level.
Congrats to Dyjeere Weekes on a terrific senior season and his election to the Big 33 team!
The 68th Big 33 Football Classic will take place on Sunday, May 25 at Cumberland Valley High School’s Chapman Field. Kickoff is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. You can check out the entire PA roster for the game here: Big 33 Roster
