Week Seven Starts with Bubble at the Top!
As the temperatures begin to drop and the days shorten ProTime’s Pick’em Challenge flips the calendar to October week seven begins with a bubble of Pro pickers sitting at the top, after a couple of sizzling weeks will one of the leader’s bubble burst creating some breathing room at the top? It has been a close battle for the lead in the Pros division of this years’ challenge, with almost every Pro having a realistic chance of grabbing the brass ring. Well except for maybe cellar dweller Elon Ed, who may have to pull off a miracle to get back into the hunt.
At the top Matt has ridden a red-hot Ouija board to the lead, trailing Matt by just one game is the OG Picker, two-time defending Champion ProTime Phil. Lurking just behind our leaders is the King of the SOL Mayhem. Can the former DELCO picking champion Willie make a serious move to the top, I doubt it! When will Bossman Billy take his legendary swoon? Lots of questions that will be answered beginning this week with some tricky rivalry games on the docket.
The Joes have been falling off a little in the last few weeks of the contest, will this be the week where they compete with the Pros’ selections? Follow along as we near the completion of the regular season portion of the Challenge.
