Why do you play football?
I just love the game.
Who is your mentor, the person you want to be like?
Definitely, Odell Beckham Jr., He plays my wide receiver position and is really good at it. I craft my skill around him the best I can.
What motivates you?
My mom, my dad. I do it for them.
Who is your biggest fan and why?
My mom. She’s been supported me since I was 5 years old, she’s at every single game no matter the distance.
What is your pre-game ritual?
I take an hour nap, I eat a big dinner, listen to some hip hop, and just get ready to go.
When you aren’t playing, practicing, or training for sports, what is your go-to activity?
Definitely video games and spending time with friends.
What are you looking forward to the most this school year?
Just having a good senior year and making it the best it can be with the circumstances.
Do you have a favorite play you remember the most?
playing freedom my Sophmore year when I made the game-winning catch.
What is your favorite football memory to date?
Playing little league with the Bethlehem saints and winning the championships
How has COVID-19 affected you?
It definitely affected me big time not only physically, but mentally. It gave me anxiety at home, just being separated from friends for 5 months it was really tough. Not being able to practice with the team or be in the weight room was definitely hard.
What is your personal goal for this season?
My personal goal is to get over at least 1,000 receiving yards this year and to get more touchdowns.
What are some team goals for this season?
The team goal is to not have a repeat of the last 5 years, we need to excel in chemistry and just play better as a team.
