What does your offense need to improve on from last year?
We need to be able to establish our run game ith George May and Ryan Wassell. Our offensive line should be able to create the opportunity to be more balanced. Execution of the simple things while trying to find explosion in the backend will be key to our success.
What does your defense need to improve on from last year
We need to get back to basics and hit our way out of hard times. Northwest wins games by being tougher than our opponents. If we tackle consistently we will be tough to run on.
What are your overall thoughts on this years team?
We are veteran up front and young in the back end. We will experience some growing pains, but get better as we go. We have had tremendous attendance at our offseason workouts and we are ahead of the curve with our conditioning. If we can be physical upfront and not beat ourselves, we will be a good team.
